Received the stool today, put it together and unfortunately it is too tall to use under my countertop bar. The description says that the seat is 26” high but that is where the first seat frame is, the actual seat height is about 30 1/2”. Not too hard to put together, I did it by myself & it took about 30 minutes. Liked the color & quality, disappointed I had to return it, was hoping to order the other two I needed for the bar area. ... show more

This is a very nice bar stool, assembly was reasonably easy - the vinyl on seat is stiff so I treated it several times with a leather conditioner.
