I bought this Hiland Clifford bike as a gift for my boyfriend, and it turned out to be an amazing choice. It’s lightweight, fast, and perfect for city commuting. The disc brakes work flawlessly, even on rainy days, and the aluminum frame makes it sturdy without being too heavy. He actually used it to ride the Five Boro Bike Tour in New York City, and it performed incredibly well. He was comfortable the entire ride and had zero issues — he absolutely loved it. Since then, he’s been riding it nonstop. It also comes with a bottle holder and room to add more accessories. The seat is surprisingly comfortable for long rides. 💡 Pro tip: Add a good front light if you plan to ride at night — this bike will inspire you to go out more often than you think. This is a good choice for the casual to moderate cyclist. It was easy to assemble and required very little adjustment. I did have to center the brake assembly to the front and rear disks, but that was very simple. I highly recommend it for your enjoyment.

I received my bike within a few days of ordering it. When I got to the last step of assembly, which is installing the seat, I realized that the seat post would not go into the frame. Upon inspection, it appeared that the frame had been damaged in shipment thus elongating the hole. I reached out to customer service and received a response from Kevin in less than 24 hours. With a few additional back and forth e-mails to include sharing photos of the damage, Kevin agreed that it was damaged in shipment and setup a shipment of a replacement bicycle. The new one arrived a few days later and was in perfect shape. I have only had it out a couple of times so far and it is a nice bike. I will say that on two occasions, it has shifted gears on its own, but that might just be an adjustment that is needed. Also, for me, the seat is really uncomfortable, but that will easily be solved with an aftermarket seat. Lastly, as others have said, it does not come with a kick stand, so you will need to purchase once separately. Great bike for the price. Assembly was straight forward. I had my own tools but the tools that were provided worked great. The brakes worked smoothly right off the bat. It was packed well. No damages. Seat is comfortable. I’ve had road and mountain bikes. I wanted something that was versatile but also not to worry in case of theft. I’m 6’1” and the large is good. If you are above 6’2” you may want a larger size if there is one. I like it because it’s compact and medium weight. The handle bars aren’t too long which is what I don’t like for when riding near cars. The regular handle bars keep you tucked in. With the seat at the half way mark I can fully extend my leg to the pedal. ... show more

Pros: easy to finish the assembly; easy to adjust brakes and gears; good wheels, tires, and brakes; fun to ride. Cons: the saddle isn't very comfortable and it doesn't come with a quick-release clamp; no kickstand.
