Not super excited that USPS was the delivery method, but it got here on time and even though the box was beat up, the bike was fine. If you have ANY mechanical skills at all this is an easy assembly. After assembly, check pre assembled parts for alignment and tightness and you are ready to go. As far as value for the money…the frame alone is worth the price and the reason that I bought this particular bike. The components (shifters, brake levers brake calipers and derailleurs) are lower end, but totally functional until you can upgrade and probably functional for 75% of people buying this. ... show more

I have ordered almost 10 of these and they all come damaged even if the box is ok. Today was the final straw. The front rim breaks were broken off, the front tire spork protecter was in plastic wrap instead of in the forks. I don't believe this brand is safe. I'll save my money through the winter and buy from a safe brand like Speciliaized instead of risking my life on this. ... show more

The Assembly directions by code included in the instructions manual does not work. I was missing one front brake. There is a clicking noise when peddling that I am going to have to get checked out by a bike shop. I have emailed the company for a replacement brake pad and not gotten any response. It's a decent bike. Assembly was really difficult without videos to follow and I'm really surprised it didn't come with a kickstand. I had to buy one separate. The seat needs some padding. Other than that it fits my expectations and my needs.

Based on all the negative reviews I was extremely skeptical to buy, but decided to anyways as this was a cheaper option for a brand new bike. Been using it consistently, usually around 6-10 miles every ride a few times a week and no issues so far. I’m new to cycling, purchased this for a sprint triathlon. Took maybe 40 minutes to an hour to assemble, the instructions are not very good in the booklet to be honest, and the videos on YouTube that are attached to the QR code weren’t much clearer either, but managed to get it done and ride it without it falling apart underneath me. ONE thing though, when I’m riding and I have the gears set to ‘H’ and ‘7’ the chain slightly makes a clicking noise due to it making slight contact, but no performance issues thus far. That’s the only thing that may be of concern in the future. Seat is as comfortable as a road bike seat can be (not very, but as is expected). I fit fine on this bike (large) I am 6’1. I will update this review in several months once my sprint triathlon has concluded. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Delivery - On Time The Bike Looks good - Light Weight However thats where the compliments end. Giving 2 Stars for the above two points. First ride - I couldn't change the Gears - Figured out - it’s a broken free Wheel. With no Customer service or someplace i can take the bike .. I had to take it to a local bike shop - who more than willing replaced the Free Wheel for me. Spent a pretty Penny on this Junk. Only reason I bought this bike - as a secondary bike. But it’s a Junk, I should have spent a few hundred more and got a better bike from a shop ! First & Last time I am buying a bike online ! ... show more
