I was eager to give another mattress topper product a try. I'd previously purchased one of the cloth mattress toppers that has cotton to fill a quilted style topper and noticed that after several washes it doesn't work as effectively as it first did. This one is made of foam, almost egg crate style, and is lightweight. You have to let it plump up after arrival like you'd expect with crushed memory foam. I actually sleep with it upside down on my bed because the ridges felt good at first under my sensitive back but later seemed like 'too much'. So far, so good. It's comfortable and lightweight enough that I can manipulate it on the bed myself if it starts to shift beneath my fitted sheet. Pros: Lightweight, affordable, easy to install Cons: Not sure how one would 'wash' it, it does sometimes bubble up with movement beneath the fitted sheet at which point I pull against both sides to flatted in back out I would purchase this again.

This foam was used to replace the original foam on our sleep number bed. It said it could take 24 hours to expand, but it was fully expanded in about a half hour. I set it out on our deck rail for a couple of hours and there was no odor. It is super comfortable (better than the original) and gives my achy arthritic joints a restful night's sleep.

Buying these things are tricky. I had one similar to this for many years; it was great, I loved sleeping on it, so I searched for one that was as close to it as I thought. But it is really hard to know until you unpack it and sleep on it for several days. This one doesn't seem to be the same quality as the one I had before, but I bought my old one in a department store and don't remember the brand. This one is comfortable enough, but the foam doesn't seem as sturdy or supportive. We'll see how it holds up over time. Also, I bought a queen size and it's a little wider, but that's okay, just have to work a little extra hard to get the fitted sheet over it.

Was skeptical because not many reviews and never bought one of these before. I purchased 2XLTwins 3” . I have two XL beds that I put together to make a king in my guest bedroom. Wasn’t sure how it would work, or if it would show on top. It fits like a glove. First opening the package was quite simple. I placed it on the bed and unwrapped it. Directions say 24-48 hours to expand but it happened in minutes. There was an odor right when you opened it. I kept my window opened and less than an hour the smell went away. There was no lingering odor within the pad. If you like to sleep in a Fluffy cloud this is the pad for you. My mattress is a 14” foam and gel green tea mattress which u purchased on Amazon 2 yrs ago. It’s nice but too firm for us. When you lay on the mattress Now, you can feel your whole body slowly settling in to your curves and it’s a big Hug… I needed to replace my mattress cover because now it measures 17” and my cover wasn’t deep enough. Love it

It’s nice to have an xl twin size option available. The foam is not very responsive. It does help for a mattress that is too firm but in having purchased the known name brand mattress toppers in the past, I think this is a lesson learned. This would be a good option for a guest bed but not where one would sleep every night. There are better toppers out there.
