The media could not be loaded. My experience with the **HH Hiland 26 Inch Mountain Bike** has been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to a critical manufacturing defect. The front fork's misaligned tab, which is responsible for holding the brake caliper and its adjustment bracket, is welded in the wrong spot. This flaw renders the brake caliper beyond the scope of adjustment and unfixable without resorting to custom fabrication, which is both costly and impractical. **Pros**: - The bike's appearance is sleek and modern. **Cons**: - Critical manufacturing defect in the front fork - Inaccessible customer service for warranty or repair inquiries through amazon - Poor QC **Conclusion**: I advise caution when considering the purchase of a **HH Hiland Mountain Bike**. The inability to contact the seller or manufacturer for a replacement part has left me with no choice but to initiate a return. Purchased this for my wife to replace her Giant women's mountain bike. The quality for the price feels equal or greater to the Giant, and it's also a lighter bike overall which is great for her. The drop bar makes getting on and off easier with less leg lift over the bike required; it fits her great and she's very happy. After taking it to a local shop for a tune up, just because most new mail-order bikes can benefit from one, it's working great with no issues. Brakes work well, shifting is smooth and consistent, no weird rubs or noises. And the color is awesome! ... show more

Nice bike, love the look. Built it pretty easily. Tools are included which is nice. I changed the seat and added a phone holder. I had one problem with the bike, when I built it the chain tensioner was to close to the spokes. When I flipped it upside right it didn’t seem to be a problem. I was wrong. While riding the wheel spokes took the chain tensioner and broke it. Cost me only $75 to fix but $75 on a brand new bike that I paid over $335 is crazy. It is what it is. Bought this bike, got it all set up, and the front tire keeps going flat. I haven’t ridden it yet, it’s just been sitting in my garage because every few days I notice the tire visibly flat and pump it back up to 40psi. I haven’t figured out the cause of the leak yet. The colors are really pretty though and I took the advice of others to buy a different seat for it. ... show more
