3DHojor makes fantastic filament. I have 4 of them, and every one of them has been great. Perfect layer adhesion, bed adhesion, easy to print, and dang the results are good. The color is a very dark green, but it looks awesome paired with a bright orange. I will be buying more from them, the color selection is really good, too.

The cardboard reel is the only thing I didn't love about the product. It was hard to get on my reel, so I had to do a little better job of aligning the product. I have seen minimal stringing and the odd bump here and there. Other than that, the prints have been great. No jamming, it was a very nice color of white that matched other mfg. roles of stark white, and I would buy it again.

This filament has pleasantly surprised me. Being one of the cheaper options, I wasn't expecting much. And for whatever reason, when loading the filament and priming the nozzle, it looks like it has actual chunks in it, and looks like it wont print very well. However, the actual prints look great. I will say, there appears to be slight color inconstancies, but they're.....consistently inconsistent. If that makes sense. For example, I printed a fire extinguisher for a kids Halloween costume, and it almost appeared to have a red to black gradient, rather than a perfectly uniform red color. But it wasn't like just random spots of darker colors, it was legitimately a gradient, almost appearing to be intentional, like a dual-color filament. Who knows, it could have just been the lighting honestly. Either way, the print quality exceeded my expectations, and this will become my go-to filament, for this color at least. I'll have to try their other offerings next

I had recently purchased a Bambu Labs P1S and purchased this filament as my first set to print with and I have absolutely no complaints with the way my prints have turned out. I have no issues with adhesion to the plate or the overall quality of my prints being anything less then i expect. I've even bought more colors from them after being pleased with the quality of my first batch of prints.

I had purchased this as an alternative to my usual filament, as the price was quite attractive - unfortunatley I got a lesson in "you get what you pay for with the lowest bidder". Although the color matched another producer's "Highlighter Yellow" (which I use to print prototypes prior to a 'final' version w/higher infill), I found myself unable to complete any print which took more than about 1 hour with HoJor's filament. I spent about 3 days troubleshooting my Prusa MK3S+, as I had just loaded a software update and made a few other minor changes, and was at my wit's end when I realized I was not using my go-to filament from the other producer... once I realized this, I switched filaments to my back-up product, and bada-bing I was able to complete a full print again. The price was low, but frustrating to use this... even with a clean plate, getting it to stick on the PEI build plate was more difficult than normal (extra clean, thinner squish, watch it closely), and I'm not sure why but after about 45-60 minutes it would stop feeding thru the direct-drive extruder, essentially failing every print. I'm now wondering if maybe the filament draws an excessive amount of moisture (IF that's the cause, it would mean this HoJor filament draws a lot more than many other brands that I use in my heated garage environment).

I’ve tried a lot of budget PLA, and 3DHoJor is easily the best generic filament I’ve used on my Bambu Lab A1 Mini. It prints smoothly, sticks well, and gives consistent, clean results without needing a bunch of tuning. The color looks great too. For the price and performance, this has become my go-to filament to keep stocked.

* PLA Green - I’ve been looking for a nice, dark green PLA and really love the results of the 3Dhojor filament, so I thought I would try this. WOW, it’s really nice. Don’t let the photo fool you, this is dark, deep and beautiful. I’ll try to add a photo of the model I’m printing, when it’s finished. * I love 3DHoJor filament, but was very disappointed with this latest 2-pack; both cardboard spools were crushed by excessive vacuum suction. The outer box was not crushed or damaged in any way, so this happened at the factory, without a doubt. I cannot bring myself to take a star because I was able to bend the spools well enough for them to run in the AMS, and I love their filament; always dependable and reliable. Please get the vacuum packing right….thanks!
