Good ammo cabinet for the price. This is not a gun safe, but it works well for securely storing ammunition. I purchased it to save space inside my gun safe and store my ammo in a secure area, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. Assembly is fairly straightforward, but the instructions could be better. The panels and parts are not labeled, and the printed instructions are vague, which made assembly take longer than it should have. One thing I do wish was included is a recommended weight limit per shelf. I tried to spread the weight out as best I could, but without guidance it’s hard to know if the shelves are being overloaded. For reference, I have approximately 2,300 rounds of 9mm on one shelf and about 1,900 rounds of .45 ACP on another. I placed the heavier ammo on the lower shelves just to be safe. Once assembled and filled, the cabinet feels noticeably sturdier. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it as a dedicated ammo storage solution.

I liked the price, sturdy as expected, perfect for storing ammo which it was intended for. But the reason I put 4 stars is because of the assembly instructions!!! LAME!!! Very small, brief, little details. Most unassembled furniture have very detailed instructions, IE color coded, numbered, or alphabetical stickers. HELLO???? can the manufacturers provide this? luckily, I'm very "hands on", crafty, but this one kicked my butt, it took me awhile because I started to fit it like a puzzle, having to re-do it once because it didn't really show up/down on side panels. Any DYI person would've went nuts.

Very sturdy. Each shelf will fit 2 full size ammo cans I use for my bulk ammo. The instructions suck, but if you are handy you will figure it out. Got to the point where I just threw em away. Plenty of room leftover for some accessories and other ammo or firearm related items. I didn't take a star away from it, but it would have been nice to have some kind of lighting. Not a big deal though. I bought some motion activated LED light bars and attached to the bottoms of the shelves. Open the door and lights turn on. A set of 3 cost me around $15 on Amazon. Bought two sets, and now it's perfect.

The cabinet is very sturdy. They hold up well when loaded up. I bought two. The first one took about 45 minutes to put together because the instructions are very limited and the parts weren’t labeled. The second one didn’t take 10 minutes. That’s the only negative I have. I recommend buying a led strip light so you can see to the back.

I assembled the cabinet and it seems sturdy and functional. What you need to know is the assembly on this is complicated. The instructions are vague at best. If you don’t have a lot of experience with assembly you should probably find something prebuilt or go with another manufacturer.

The safe itself is sturdy and very functional for the price. I overloaded the shelves by weight and they have held up nicely. Putting it together is much more difficult than it should be as the instructions are poor and the parts are not labeled. The screws are self tapping so make sure the parts are in the correct position before you screw them in. One tip, DO NOT TIGHTEN DOWN ANY OF THE SCREWS UNTIL THEY ARE ALL AT LEAST STARTED HALF WAY. If you do the last ones will not align. Even with give, I had to use a rubber mallet to get the last bit to align properly. I bought 2 of these and they arrived well packed and without dents.

good unit for a beginner or for mid level security. convenient shipping and build. instructions were a little difficult to navigate as they were minimally descriptive and no pieces were identified. This unit is good to keep items safe from children or "easy" theft. some of the shelf brackets were failing on arrival so I had to use a commercial adhesive.
