The chair is very easy to put together, follow the instructions. The chair fits me reasonably well though its seat cushion needs to be a bit firmer, I believe. I am not able to sit for long lengths without getting up, unlike a couple of chairs I have had that gave out due to their center lift mechanism rated for 350+ lbs but not able to last. Not sure about this chair, already have had a couple very brief drops, maybe a 1/4", not much, but unsettling. We'll see how well it lasts over time.

I have sat in a lot of chairs in my life but this one is by far the most comfortable ever. It was recommended to me by a big & tall friend and while I am not tall by any stretch of the imagination, I am on the bigger side and other chairs just weren't comfortable or didn't last very long. The first time I sat in this chair I had a WoW moment and now, every time I use it, I relive that WoW. Few products in life have that effect on me but I honestly admit to looking forward to my office time using this chair.

The chair is certainly good quality and not difficult to assemble. Unfortunately, it was simply too big for my desk and too tall for me to sit in comfortably, even at its lowest setting. So, I decided to return it. That's with the fun began. First, the seller offered $20 if I would keep it. I declined. Then they offered $40. I still declined, since $40 doesn't make it fit better. So they reluctantly approved a refund...but I must pay for return shipping. UPS was the only option and the shipping cost was $30 more than the original price of the chair! So I messaged the seller that I would happily accept the $40 they offered. They replied and offered $20. I was done. I replied that they were clearly just playing a game and I had no more patience to play it. I was foolish for buying a chair online without making sure a simple return was possible. Lesson learned.

I ordered this chair because I am big and my husband is tall. It is so comfortable for both of us! It is soft, yet supportive and easily adjustable. In addition to its comfort, it is also very classy looking. The chair arrived well packed and was quick and easy to assemble. I’ve never owned a big and tall chair before, so I was a little surprised by how big it was once assembled. Keep the measurements in mind when ordering. Overall, this was a great purchase. I highly recommend this comfy and classy looking chair!

Not worth the price. Started falling apart almost as soon as we got them and six months later still on rapid decline. Arm pads coming off the chair, stitching coming undone, and steadily sink lower as you sit on them.

I Weigh about 260 +- pounds; the less expensive chairs (tried a couple) were not supportive nor comfortable. This chair is very comfortable and moves about fine in my office area. Assembly would be much easier with two people.

Assembly directions really very good, nearly 5 star. In terms of assembly, I found only one slightly challenging part, having to do with lining up some holes on the arm pieces but, to be honest, I’m not that handy and I was still able to do it. Obviously, there are many choices of chairs , so many to the point of confusion, but I think this chair is an excellent choice and I am extremely satisfied with it.
