It took my dogs a little bit to get used to it- no biggy! My male shepherd decided to go out for a romp in the mud- cleaned up like a breeze (wish I could say the same for the rest of my house). This is a nice quality product, it wasn’t bad to install, at least it didn’t look that way when my husband was putting it in 😂 I knocked one star off because of the locks on the door itself. As my dogs go in and out, they knock down the locks on the door and it locks them out of the house. I remedied it my taping the so they can’t slip down. They are unnecessary anyway since the door comes with two blocks for the door.

The dogs love his door. I love the door. I don’t have to get up to let them out. I had an install when we put a room addition on I recommend it. It’s the best thing.

When the door swings in it catches on the interior frame. This may be due to the heat we are having but is still an issue if I have to go close this manually it defeats the purpose.

We loved the doors at first, but they broke easily and it is impossible to get replacement parts. We tried to contact the company and they never got back to us. So much for the warranty!! The doors only lasted one year. Very disappointing! If anyone knows where we can get replacement flaps, please post!

We were easily able to train our nervous dog to use this dog door. Unfortunately he knocked one of the sliding lock panels off and the corner broke. The instructions say these are replaceable, but give no indication how to order. I have tried to find a replacement online with no luck.
