The media could not be loaded. We recently had a much larger countertop unit that hogged a great portion of the counter. I am happy with this compact version. When it first arrived, I was skeptic that it would be big enough for my family. I am please to say it looks small, but it sure holds quite a bit of ice in the bucket. My only dislike is having to pour the water in the same bucket the ice sits in due to how it drains into the reservoir. I can say I have overfilled the water tank and have learned to NOT fill the water tank until the fill tank light illuminates…. Lesson learned there. This is a great unit and doesn’t take up much space at all which is awesome! I was hesitant to buy since I saw some of the bad reviews, but I am not sure how people had problems with their unit. This is perfect size for a small family! I do not regret buying this and would do it again if I need to replace current unit. ... show more

I bought this for a Christmas girf... it was used from Christmas day for less that 3 weeks before it started leaking all over my counter... I finally figured it out after the 4th week... I thought it was the kids when they were doing dishes at first just making a mess... I was in the middle of having surgery during this time and missed the return window by a day or two I contacted the seller but never heard back from them... DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS CRAP... I'm one of those people that loves having ice in darn near every beverage that I drink. Once I finish my drink, I chew on the remainder of the ice. Unfortunately, I have taught my daughter to do that and now my granddaughter. So when they're over we're all running to the ice machine. Lol. That might sound crazy, but it's true. Especially if the day outside is warm at all. We're big water drinkers as well, but what is a big tall glass of water without cool refreshing ice to make it perfect! Yummy! I really like this ice maker. It's not perfect, but it is a very good, quick and well priced machine. It can make ice for you and the kids in 6 minutes flat! Great for parties. If you're going to the beach just get this thing going and fill your cooler up it will do it in a short period of time. It really does get your eyes cubes ready fast. I've been having mine for about a month and I absolutely love it. It makes ice in a decent amount of time and if I leave it there on full or a few hours. The ice stays in tact. It also looks good on my countertop bc its not too big (I hate things on the counter)

Unfortunately I had to return this because it wasn't large enough for family but that was my fault. It did work perfectly the 2 days I tried it though. It makes bullet ice two sizes, however, it is not enough ice for the family. I would love to keep it if it were bigger and if it did nugget ice as i have realized i do like the nugget ice better. ... show more
