It includes 150 plastic tokens and can be used with real pennies and dimes! The unit is powered by 4 D-cell batteries and is made of durable ABS plastic so it is strong enough to stand up to daily play or use in school carnivals or casino themed parties. There are switches on the front to control the lights, music and tilt alarm. The coin slots also move back and forth for an extra layer of challenge. The top of the machine features a hatch for filling the unit with tokens or coins before its first use, and the front tray slides forward for easier prize retrieval. Unfortunately the unit would not work with fully charged new Energizer batteries. I received a replacement and it also would not work! Remembered reading an online article about some electronics needing special batteries so went and spent the extra $$ for Duracell and both machines work. Other reviews are correct. This is trash. Works then 10 minutes later it melted all my brand new batteries. A really bad design. Should of charged the customer an extra $10 and make a better design so customers don’t keep having broken productsj and keep having to return.     • drains batteries
it takes 4 D batteries. i love this product but it drains the batteries fast. i put them in turn coin pusher on and play for a few minuets. Turn everything off then later that day or the next day the batteries are completly dead. plus not to mention the screw on top to load the pusher with coins and goodies you are unable to get into it, what i mean by this is the screw no matter how far you unscrew it the screw dont come out and the door will not open. another problem i had with this coin pusher was that the coins got stuck on the drop wall, you cant get the out either. i am getting a replacement from the company and i hope there is o issues with the new one. ... show more

This toy could be great with a few repairs. We had to return it twice because the coins kept getting stuck under the pusher. There is no way to get it out without taking the back off where all the wires are but then all the wires are barely glued on and come apart easily.

My first review - this product does not work. Do not waste your money. It lights up but the coin pushers will not move. Aghhhh so annoying because it is all my nephew wanted for his birthday!
