I am adding pieces of hex clad as I can. This is absolutely the best cook ware that I have ever used. Four years ago, my sweet cousin gifted me with the 12 inch frying pan. I have used it everyday since then and I love it. Nothing sticks, it doesn't scratch and the clean up is a breeze. I use the spray bottle Dawn and all I do is spray it, rinse and dry. No need really to put it in the dishwasher. Yes, it is expensive but, piece by piece I will own it. I bought the whole set of Calphalon and am retiring it. Follow me as I continue to build my Hex Clad set.

Have had for over a year now and no complaints. Super easy to use and easier to clean. Still looks good as new after over a year of uses and washes. At least used ofer 20-30 times.

The material of consruction for this griddle is not a coating that peels or degrades over time. Residual cooked and stuck material easily slides off and cleaning with just soap and water. Even steel wool will not damage the griddle surface. But very pricy. For that price, you can easily buy a whole set from another manufacturer though not of the same quality. The large size was designed to span across two burners, but the middle is not heated , so the cooking must be shifted ocassionally.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I purchased this griddle to use with a new induction cooktop. After months of frustration, the pan is headed to Goodwill. Not non-stick despite following all recommendations, seasoning with oil, preheating, not over heating, trying temperatures from medium low to medium high, and hand washing. Regardless, I cannot cook eggs or French Toast without food sticking and leaving any tasty browned portion stuck to the pan. To make matters worse, as mentioned by another reviewer, when heated (even on medium) it bows significantly, causing everything to run to the edges, and it fails to cook evenly. Plus it is ridiculously expensive. Highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want ‘nonstick’, certainly for induction cooktops.

It doesnt really heat evenly across two burners on an electric range. Its going to take some practice to use well. Item is good quality. I just don't like it yet. Hopefully, the cooking experience will get better with practice.

I absolutely love my hexclad pans and I've been on the lookout for a deal on the griddle so when it went on sale I finally got it. It is big and I can cook so much food at once. My induction cooktop has a side where I can sync burners for the griddle and I wasn't sure if it would heat evenly, but it does a pretty decent job. It's not perfect, but good enough to not be annoying. Nothing sticks to these pans, they are just the best!!

It had been about 8-10 years we had been using our previous non-stick griddle. It was perfect. Hefty, sturdy, everything cooked perfectly on it. But then the non-stick was wearing away and we were concerned we were slowly poisoning ourselves with residual broken down forever chemicals. Time for a new griddle. Exstensive online research lead me to several very expensive options. Hexclad came in showing well, decided to give them a try. It’s much thinner than my old griddle, which I wa sconcerend about, but you can cook at much lower temps and get the same results. I might need to get the set. The only downside, is the sidewalls are angled rather than 90*. So when you’re cooking anything that might roll to the side like scrambled eggs or pancakes, they can slide off the edge. Wish it was a 90-degree angle.
