The newest addition to my Hexclad collection! I absolutely love this cookware! I bought the griddle to use on my gas stove to replace that skinny little 'griddle' that came with it. This is SO much better! The griddle (and all their other pots/pans) heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is SO easy to clean! I was barely able to grill one grilled cheese sammie on the old griddle - I can grill 8 on this one! I can't wait to cook pancakes and bacon! I ALWAYS highly recommend Hexclad cookware and knives. I got so tired of having to replace cookware every 2 years. That gets expensive! Hexclad is the LAST cookware I will ever have to buy! I've been using my cookware daily since 2023 and they all still look brand new. Although I usually handwash my cookware, I have put it in the dishwasher on occasion, and it handles it well. Over time I have bought Hexclad cookware. I watched a demonstration of 3 years ago and have loved how great these are. So when I could I bought another piece etc.. My granddaughter came with a friend and she wanted crepes. I have never made them before. So I saw this Hexclad crepe pan. Knowing what a great product Hexclad is I decided to buy it. It was amazing. I rarely write reviews this harshly, but this griddle has been an unbelievable disappointment and a complete waste of money. We have been long-time HexClad users and have owned and used their cookware before, so we are very familiar with how HexClad is supposed to be used, including properly seasoning the cookware before use. This is not a case of someone buying the pan, using it incorrectly, and then complaining that food sticks. This griddle is simply awful. Everything sticks. Food burns onto the cooking surface. Cleanup is ridiculous. Calling this a “non-stick” griddle is honestly hard to take seriously. The attached photos show exactly what I mean. I kept giving it additional chances because of our previous positive experiences with HexClad. I tried seasoning it properly, adjusting the heat, and changing how I cooked with it. Same frustrating result. What makes it worse is the price. I have used $20 inexpensive non-stick pans that perform substantially better than this griddle. At this price point, I expected a premium product—not something that leaves me scraping burnt food off the surface after cooking. We have been loyal HexClad customers, but based on this experience, it genuinely feels like the quality has seriously declined. Unfortunately, this griddle has changed my opinion of the brand enough that I will be staying away from HexClad cookware going forward. Buyers beware. Save your money. I cannot recommend this griddle, and I certainly would not purchase it again. ... show more

So far my husband, the cook, loves this griddle pan. He has followed the instructions to the T and the food is coming off the griddle just fine. Clean up, me, is easy.

This griddle pan is the lastest of our purchases. The handles on their pans are heat resistant; you will never burn your hands while cooking. The safe nonstick surface makes life simple as long as the pan is properly seasoned before use. These pans last forever so don't plan on having to replace them very soon. This was a Christmas present ordered for me. I had my eye in it for over a year. I like it better that my cast iron one and my another that I have but it did warp some after I used it after the 3rd time. I made sure to change from front to back on my cooktop each use. It seem to stick a bit towards the middle and I try to be extra deliberate there when cleaning. I use it, handwash and dry, place it in the black bag, and then back I the box to store it. I really hope it doesn't come continue to warp further. ... show more

He clad makes great cook ware. It’s heavy enough for exceptional cooking, but not too heavy to use, like cast iron is. It cooks evenly and browns foods perfectly. It does require cooking at a lower temperature which I like. It’s got a beautiful non stick surface and doesn’t scratch.
