I ordered the 10 piece and the wok. I had ordered the small pan first, to see what they cooked like and loved how fast they heat up and how you can fry eggs without them sticking to the pan. I wish I had these pans years ago. I love the fact they are also easy to clean. When you cook steak the pan can get brown, but pouring water in the pan cleans it off and water, wine or anything liquid makes the best sause. I love these to cook in. I have the 5 ply titanium series. Personally, I will buy them again. I think these will last a lifetime. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Purchased the Hestan 12.5" Nanobond frying pan and realized in short order that this product line is worth every penny. The quality is the highest I have ever laid my hands on. Heat transfer is significantly faster than the kirkland pans that are being replaced. If preheated first most stainless pans work good, these are outstanding. Eggs slide around with out even a hint of sticking. The smoothest finish I have ever seen, the weight is perfect, the dimensions are perfect, they are absolutely beautiful, and a true culinary form following function masterpiece. Please do yourself a favor and do as I did, buy the giant frying pan to get to know this outstanding material. Also the Hestan cleaner makes these pans look brand new in only a few minutes. I have pictures comparing the sizes of the old kirkland pans(taller and smaller diameters) to the Hestan pans (shorter larger diameters). Please remember that I have the 12.5" fry pan along with the 10 piece set, it is included in one of my photos. ... show more

I had made scallops in this frying pan. It was flat when I put the oil in the pan, then I warmed it up and the center raised, so you can see a ring of oil around the perimeter of the bottom of the pan. The scallops around the perimeter cooked as expected, but the ones in the middle, where it was raised and didn't make contact with my induction stove, and didn't brown much. I contacted Hestan four times, trying two different e-mail addresses of theirs, and they have yet to reply. I think it has been about 6 weeks since I initially contacted them. So, the warranty is no good if they aren't getting back to me. ... show more

These are amazing! Yes they need a small amount of oil or butter as they are not "non stick" pans. So there's no coating, chemicals or wearing out like the pans I've had for a few years and always need to replace. They're worth every penny.. I love them ..easy to clean, beautiful and food tastes wonderful ! wished I would have bought them years ago! ... show more

I am grateful I am able to afford this set. They are very heavy -weight, durable, doesn’t burn my food and does not leach into food. For the price. I am Impressed with this quality. I hope to hand this over to my daughter once she is an adult. Thank you for such an amazing product.
