I’ve been using this coffee grinder for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say. First off, the presentation is fantastic — elegant packaging makes it an excellent gift option for clients and guests. The design is user-friendly, no complicated settings at all, even for beginners. What I love most is the coffee it produces: the grounds release a lovely natural fragrance, and the brewed coffee has a richer, fuller taste compared to standard coffee capsules. Definitely a wonderful item worth buying.

The actual machine looks better in person than it does in the photos—the metallic finish feels luxurious. What really sold me on it were the automatic pressure release, as well as the pressure, time, and temperature displays—it feels nice and professional.

This espresso maker is a solid, well-made machine that delivers a good cup of coffee and fits nicely into a compact space. The build quality feels sturdy and is generally on par with high-end appliances you’d find at a major kitchen or big-box store. The steamer handle is a standout feature because it is exceptionally well-designed and actually performs better than handles on much more expensive models. While it functions well, the interface isn't quite as clean or responsive as the premium brands it’s trying to compete with. The large clock and screens on the front can also feel a bit overwhelming and detract from the overall look in a kitchen. However, if you are looking for a reliable machine with an excellent steam wand at a more accessible price point, this is a very capable option.

I recently purchased the HERTELLA Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder, 20 Bar Visual Pressure Gauge, Milk Frother Steam Wand, and 4 Temperature Modes. While the machine itself is sleek and has all the features I was looking for, I can only give it 4 out of 5 stars. The main issue is the instructions. They are quite confusing, and without prior experience as a barista, it’s very hard to understand how to fully use the machine. The automatic pressure release function and temperature modes are not clearly explained, which makes setup and operation frustrating. For someone with professional coffee experience, this might be a great machine, but for the average home user, it falls short due to the lack of clear guidance.

Cute yet sophisticated! You can adjust grind time, extraction time and temperature. It also has a cold brew mode — super complete functions! Even if the grind setting isn’t perfect, you still get really rich crema. The steam wand has strong steam! It’s easy to adjust the angle and find the right spot for milk aeration.
