So, if your looking for something that's light weight, adjustable, moveable easily, build for a beginner, perhaps young (kid) level to early teen (maybe) than this could be great for you. Pros: Assemble is easy (IMO) Comes with everything you need to get started (except the ball, or mine didn't come with a ball) Good for families with young kids, maybe more than one, and you want the net to adjust and move over time or perhaps day to day. Cos Price, while everything about this is decent its NOT amazing and so price wise I'd say 65USD might be ok, for the current price shown 90USD I would say its a stretch, more clairty as to why below. Durability, this is on the mid range for durability at best. Paint isn't well baked on or not sealed well or just general quality of the paint isn't awesome. The metal/plastics use on this product are not at the higher end, mid range at best and I'd say this wouldn't really hold up well to heavy use over time. Last, overall quality concepts like how well holes lined up or parts matched and fit design needs, etc... I would call this manufacturing process items leave me with again another middle to average sense, some nuts just stripped too easy, I was missing a screw in one case, and in another case things didn't align well but still worked. So in the end, a rather 3+ star unit but since we can only give 3 or 4 stars I always give the benefit of the doubt and round up.

I got this basketball hoop because it's summer and we have our own kids, plus friends that come over with their kids. Between all of them, we have different ages, heights, etc. This hoop works perfectly when the bigger kids want to play vs the little kids. The height is easily adjustable so it feels like you get 2 in 1. I saw someone also used this for a pool basketball hoop which would definitely work! I might transform that into the pool this summer as well. This is a great hoop for kids and they'll love it. It's fairly easy to set up as it has instructions. Once installed, it is pretty sturdy but make sure you fill up the base with water or sand. I've found sand makes it more sturdy but water works well too. All in all, good hoop!

This Basketball Hoop is Fantastic for the Pool Area. It's a perfect height for the pool. The court was easy to put together. This is a very sturdy Basketball Hoop. I filled mines with sand to make it sure doesn't move. Filling it with whater means having to change it out to prevent mold or fungus inside. Adjusting the height is really easy to do. I think my Grandkids will get a lot of use for this in and out of the pool.

The media could not be loaded. So there are things that I like and don't about this hoop...the problem is that the things I don't like outweigh the things I do which would make me only recommend this in certain cases. The thing I like most about this is its adjustable size. It can be used for toddlers up to tweens, making it very versatile. It was also very easy to assemble and took less than an hour for one person to put it together. I also like how easy it is to adjust the hoop, it adjust the same way in which a pedestal fan adjust. A 9-10 year old would be able to adjust it on their own with no problem. This hoop is easy to fill and move around. Now what I don't like about this is its quality. Its lightweight, which is good for moving it, but not for playing with it. I think too much rough housing with this hoop will lead to it breaking- so no hanging on the rim or dunking at all! I can't even say that I would use an adult-sized ball for this hoop. Also I noticed when raising and lowering the rim, the paint scraped so badly, so esthetics wise, not very appealing. Another area of concern for me is with the screws provided for the the part of the hoop that connects to the base. The screw is a bit too small in length. By the time we realized it was too small and tried to remove it, we also realized it was self-threading and the end of the screw broke. So now we have to try to remove the screw and replace it with a better one to stabilize the hoop better-albeit it'll only be a touch better. Overall I think this lacks the quality to be considered a great value for your money. I'd only recommend this if you're using it for smaller kids or kids who are not yet tall enough to properly shoot on a bigger basketball hoop that's set on its lowest height. Or if you caught this on a deal for $50, I'd say go for it.

I honestly wish I would have found this sooner. At its lowest setting, this is around the hight of the little tykes plastic goals, but can extend to over 7'. You are much better off getting this to start, and then it can grow with your child for years without needing replaced. Assembly was a bit of a pain, but the end product is great and easy to move around. My 6yo and 4yo both absolutely love it. Would absolutely recommend

This is just what I needed to get the kids out of the house this summer. My partner put it together in no time without a problem. It has not fallen over which shows us it is sturdy. My 5 year old and 3 year old love trying to throw the ball into the hoop. I do think this is worth the price and it’s fun for family time. Something so simple is so nice.
