I must wear abdomen support 24/7. Many that I tried were only comfortable if worn over a shirt. This was the first one that I was able to be comfortable in all day worn direct against my skin. The material is soft and holds up, plus support ribs are built into the sides and back to keep it from bunching up. Additionally, it has exterior adjustments for support that can be used after I put it on. So, I can loosen or tighten it as needed while wearing it. Currently my waist size is 34" and I purchased a large as per the sizing recommendations and your waist size could change how it fits for you. Overall, I would say if you are on the fence try this one and hopefully you will be as satisfied as I am.

I used it for a couple weeks and it started coming apart. One of the metal splines is coming out. I wear it whole sitting for extended periods of time at work. I am a process Technican that works 12 hour shifts watching computer screens. I have a diastasis recti that I was concerned about getting worse with my posture sitting down. I just feel the quality could be a little better.
