Update: added 4 star back since seller reached out and offered some money back to cover the cost of new pillows that I have to get. Original review: I am at a loss of words at to how poor this quality is. Seriously, all the pillows are DEFLATED and so rough. NONE of the cushions have any oomph to them, they're just flat and when you sit down you literally feel the bottom of the chair. Not only that, but the quality of the material is so cheap that pieces LITERALLY FELL OFF. I've never experienced this with any furniture. I've got it all assembled now and it still literally sucks so much. Completely disappointed and will never buy another item from this company. ... show more

Quite impressed with this set,great bang for my buck. Frames seem sturdy enough, I think time will tell how they will hold up !Cushions are not as plush as high end cushions, but are comfy.Backrest cushions affix to the couch, the fire pit has a metal cover to turn it into a table. It took about 3 hrs to assemble, mainly because it took time to sort all of the screws before putting everything together. It gives my outdoor living a great look and we every enjoy it! ... show more

VERY BAD DESIGN FOR ASSEMBLY. Screws and nuts nearly impossible to insert in misaligned holes, have to blindly align screws in the holes, a guessing game. Requires 2-3 people lying, kneeling, sitting to assemble the furniture. And what’s with Allen screws, using a small Allen wrench to tighten them. Gave up and have to hire a professional to assemble the furniture set. NOT a happy customer!!!! ... show more

This furniture set it is lovely and comfortable so far. The assembly instructions were pretty easy to follow; however, for large hands in tight spaces, it was hard to screw in the bolts (this would be easier with hex head bolts and a socket wrench!). Once we assembled the set (sofa, 4 chairs, 2 ottomans & fire pit), I decided to relocate them to the opposite end of our patio; after lifting and carrying (not dragging) them, I found a bolt from one of the chairs on the ground (seriously?). I was hopeful the set would either come with patio covers or recommend the purchase of a particular set within the sale listing (like a 'these 2 items are often purchased together' sort of scenario). Since neither applied, I had a hard time finding appropriately-sized covers, as this set seems to be built to nonstandard sizes. The covers for the sofa and fire pit that I found on Amazon were either too small or WAY too big. In order to protect the furniture asap, we opted for WAY too big (drag the ground and go concave, allowing for puddling water and, therefore, mosquitos). We would love recommendations from the Seller or other Buyers, who have found appropriately-sized covers. The most-distressing thing of all is the rust we found on the fire pit and on our brand-new pavers only a couple days after we assembled the furniture. We had rain for two days, and the covers we purchased separately hadn't been delivered yet. The top of the horizontal supports between each slat, the bolts in the ring on the handle of the fire bowl cover, and the underside of the top rusted that quickly and dripped rust stains onto our brand-new pavers.
