We were very pleased with this set. Impressed with the quality and size of the pieces. The rockers were particularly well designed and feel very comfortable. I was glad to see how well the set holds up over time in reviews and look forward to enjoying it for many years. I have proper tools to assemble (small torque gun, exact start but with long extension. Sockets and open-end wrench) and my wife assisted with assembly and part hand off. It took us a good afternoon to get this large set together. Can’t imagine how hard and long it would take with the tools they sent for assembly. The pieces are engineered and cut well so assembly made sense and felt secure.

I love this set, the cushions are thick and comfortable - the black metal trays that go over the ottoman arrived a little bent but they still work. If you buy this set be aware that there are 4 boxes that don't all arrive together, so be patient. We got 2 boxes the first day, 1 the second day, and another 1 the third day. It was pretty easy to put together even by myself, just don't tighten the bolts until you get it to fit together. The hardest part was the couch, the bracket that attaches to the backrest had to have the screws loosened to line up with the holes on the seat part. Once I got them all started I was able to tighten everything. I would recommend this set to anyone looking to buy, great quality for the price

Beautiful patio set. It is very comfortable and fairly easy to put together. It took us a few hours but all parts arrived on time and unbent. The frames are thick and sturdy. Extra screws for each part and tools included. The fabric is really pretty and since it will be on a covered patio with drapes, it should last for a long time.

Let me list the many reasons why my wife and I love, love, love this patio furniture set that we got for our beach house: 1. Quality is outstanding. 2. Packaging is well done. Assembly is simple, and the instructions are easy to follow (just be mindful that the arrow sticker points to the front (not the back) of the piece you are assembling. 3. The parts (bolts, nuts, washers, etc) are well organized and every specific part comes with extra! 4. Lock washers should always be used instead of regular washers for better assembly and durability (but most furniture that requires assembly does not come with lock washers). Not to worry - this patio set has got you covered! This goes back to the quality of this patio set I mentioned earlier. 5. The patio set looks absolutely looks fabulous and way more expensive than what it actually is! 6. The sofa, swivel chairs, and ottomans are very comfortable to sit on. 7. Love the accessory that easily converts each ottoman to a smart table for drinks and snacks. 8. The cushion covers are durable, easy to put on, and easy to take off for cleaning. 9. Very convenient on how many ways you can configure the patio set to suit your needs. 10. For all that you get, the price is very reasonable. Would recommend saving the plastic bags that the cushions come in, so you can re-use them to store the cushions when it is time to put away the patio furniture for the following season. Our beach house is near salt water so we will have to see how the patio set holds up to the salt air. But based on the quality of the material, we are confident it will be fine, and our family and friends will get many years of enjoyment from this patio set. So... would we buy this patio set again or recommend it? Absolutely! Not just for all the reasons already mentioned, but because the CUSTOMER SERVICE has also been exceptional!!!

The furniture is beautiful and it came so fast. It’s really well made and the cushions look thick and expensive. The problem is I didn’t receive all of the light blue slipcovers that came in a separate box and that prevents me from using the furniture. The unfinished cushions are not useable without a slipcover. I immediately called Amazon and they reached out to the seller. I told them I needed the slipcovers immediately but as of today they have t sent yet. The manufacturer keeps saying “we put a request in to the warehouse but you have to remember the company is overseas so it’s going to take time.” Im confused as to why they don’t want to send me what I paid for. I didn’t get what I paid for and I am now filing a claim w Amex and Amazon. I wouldn’t buy anything from this seller because they don’t care about customer service. I feel like I’m speaking to a robot. I probably am. 🙄

I'd give this an overall 4.5. The chairs are simple to put together if you have better tools than they supply. I did have to file off a bit of metal to get the rocking mechanism to sit right under the chair. The ottomans are super simple, but the couch made me frustrated. The couch is NOT easy to assemble. The directions were not clear, things were mislabeled and I had to guess a bit. Overall it worked out and anyone can do it if they're patient and have 2-3 people helping. I will say that you cannot tighten down all the bolts/screws on the couch UNTIL it's fully together or things will absolutely not line up. Keep things loosey goosey and you'll be fine. The cushion material is pretty but not very high quality and I give those a 3.5. The frames are sturdy and I expect them to last. The seat cushions are dense and comfy and will last for a good while, but the back cushions will need replacing in a few years and they're just poly batting. For the price, I'm impressed and highly recommend this set.
