Easy to put together if the parts lined up. The arms do not sit right on the chair. Not sure if the screw holes were not aligned correctly while making the chair or it was somehow damaged while packing. I have reached out to customer service to see if they can replace the arms. I’m a single 50-year-old woman, and I found this couch very easy to assemble, it looks absolutely fabulous. It’s also quite comfortable. Just keep in mind, it’s not ideal for falling asleep upright, as the back doesn’t extend high enough to support your head; it reaches about shoulder height.
