Two of the cover pieces came broken. I’m trying to get those replaced there is no way to contact by email to this company. Amazon told me I would have to call Amazon after 7 PM Monday through Friday for them to get a hold of them. This took an hour and a half to install. You’re gonna need a T 30 hex attachment to take out the plastic bolts on the car and install the bolts from this company. In for final tightening, you’re going to need a curved Phillips screwdriver like the one in the picture. Make sure you put a towel on the roof while you do all this, so you don’t scratch anything. On my set, the brackets marked R are on the passenger side. The brackets will not match up to the holes on the car if they’re on the wrong side, so… When you put on the left and right brackets onto the bar before putting it up on the car, you’ll notice there is only one way that the screwholes match to the brackets and that will determine what side the brackets will be. Make sure the fattest part is facing forward, and the short bar is in the back. Assuming I can get the two plastic pieces broken replaced they seem to be a pretty good set. Would have been four stars. If I didn’t have to go through the process of getting replacement plastic and it was easier to figure out how to install.

So far they have been great. As long as they improve the instructions for putting it together. Took much longer to build due to vague and poor instructions.

Package arrived with 3 broken plastic covers. This is the same as other reviews described (broken tabs). This was an obvious previous return. The plastic wrap was open on the three. I kept the bars because the quality seemed as good as original Honda. The install looks OK without the covers.

First, the rack didn’t fit my 2024 crv properly. I could have used it but the fit wasn’t correct. Second the instructions were very simplistic. For a simple instal there are many pitfalls and I had to go back a few times when I realized it wasn’t going to work.. it’s not easy to do. If you’re not super handy and patient I wouldn’t recommend this product. I finally got frustrated and decided to send it back. As usual, Amazon came through and approved my return with no hassle. I love Amazon..

I have a 2023 CRV hybrid touring sport. Super easy to connect to the existing black bar on top of the roof. Comes with the screws you need to attach it. Super easy to install. Instruction page has simple easy to read directions, one bar slightly shorter than the other. This is an excellent addition to my vehicle. Love how it looks. Highly recommend. Don’t waste money ordering these from the dealership, get it here! Nice price point and now I think my vehicle stands out because of the cross bars. Love it!
