This product is awesome for anyone who maybe looking to purchase a punching bag for their home. Set up is rather easy with the electric air pump included. You can fill the base with either water or sand to stabilize the bag in your desired location. Just be sure the location will be it's permanent because once you fill the bags base, it's extremely heavy. The MMA style gloves that are included are a nice touch and they're very comfortable on your hands. Overall this product is a great option for cardio in your home or something you can just unload on, lol.

The product is a fun punching bag but it definitely does not meet gym-quality standards. It feels more like a "pillow of air" rather than a serious training tool.
