Why did you pick this product vs others?: This hitch plate accommodates 6 inch pattern on my craftsman zero turn it’s pretty sturdy and given there is nothing behind the tow ball on the mower to restrict latching, it would easily tow trailer and other accessories around the house. It did needed 1 inch 5/16 galvanized bolts , washers and nuts to attach it. The ones that came with the plate were too big for my application.

Solidly built, and just to confirm what others have said, this appears to be the only affordable option for us with Kubota zero turn mowers, whose screw holes are 5-7/8" apart. Fits perfectly and looks great.

This is the only non-branded adapter I've found that fits the rear screw distance on a Kubota zero turn. The screw distance on mine is exactly 6in, outside of the special order hitch from kubota which costs about $125 and takes as much as 6 - 9 months to get, this has been the only adapter that is wide enough that I have been able to find. It does not have the frame mounts that the kubota hitch does, so I would be cautious towing a lot with this, but for a yard cart and similar, it shouldn't have any problem.

This hitch point added to a zero turn mower enables pulling things that you are getting to old to push in a wheelbarrow. Our lawn is 300 feet sloped and wooded. Moving debris and mulch has always been labor intensive. When wifey observed that it was taking longer to return up hill and rest periods were getting more frequent we searched for powered wagons until the light came on and this hitch was added to out ZT mower. I still haven't tired of simply using the throttle to pull the lawn cart either empty or full. It installs in just minutes and away you go
