It provides the stability and sturdiness I need to capture smooth and shake-free shots, even in challenging conditions. Setting up this tripod is a breeze thanks to its user-friendly tube flip locking system. It's quick and convenient, which is crucial when time is of the essence on a shoot. The fluid head is a standout feature, allowing for 360-degree horizontal rotation and smooth operation. The dynamic balancing system ensures my pans and tilts are consistently fluid. What I appreciate most about this tripod is that it accommodates various camera brands, including my Canon M50, with its multifunctional quick release plate. The safety button on the fluid head adds an extra layer of security, giving me peace of mind during shoots. 5 Stars Review for Light Weight This Heavy Duty Tripod is a fantastic blend of strength and lightweight design. So, a solid 5-star rating for its light weight. 5 Stars Review for Sturdiness Sturdiness is where this tripod truly excels. Its high-strength aluminum alloy double-row tube and 60mm bowl base provide exceptional stability, ensuring my camera and equipment stay secure even in challenging shooting conditions. The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this for a few weeks and all I can say it’s great it’s sturdy with my 8 pound setup and the movement is really nice and easy to adjust for a cheap tripod I was very impressed

    • Somewhat Happy

Well they delivered it to my next door neighbor. I walked over and grabbed my package, no one was home I'm pretty sure I was captured on camera grabbing my box. I'll have to explain to them later I'm sure. On to the review. I love the case it came in. I was immediately impressed with the weight. It's heavy, so beware if you're looking for something lighter forget it. It appears to be made out of good material very sturdy. I've never had a tripod that extends so tall. I'm 6 foot 2 and this towers above me. So far I'm pleased. I will update you later after using it. Oh the latch that locks the legs was broke when I unpacked it. However a backup peice was included in the package. ... show more

    • Solid, smooth operating tripod.
Not real light, but it can't be solid and stable without having some heft to it. I bought it for use with my 100 mm spotting scope which is very heavy and it works perfectly, just what I needed.

    • Sturdy. Difficult to raise and lower evenly.
Holds my dose video camera plus teleprompter securely. When you need yo raise or lower, you have to raise it on all 3 legs, the double check the level to get it even. Make sure to put the plate in the right direction. It's difficult to get off if you insert it the wrong way.

    • Stable Tripod
Review Image by JV JV
This tripod is exactly what I was looking for and works as advertised. I was looking for a very stable tripod to use with a large set of binoculars. This tripod is well made and very sturdy. I initially purchased an inexpensive, lightweight tripod which was very wobbly and nearly impossible to keep steady. This tripod is rock solid, highly adjustable, and overall very well made. It’s a little pricey, but well worth the money. ... show more

    • Best Tripod for the Money
We provide video services for events and a good tripod can make all the difference in film quality. This tripod is incredibly sturdy, the pan and tilt features are smooth and quiet, and it was thoughtfully constructed to make a camera operator's life easier. It's so good that after our last event I handed our second (old) tripod to the first person who wanted it on the way out and bought a second one of these ... ... show more

    • Broken Adjuster Hinge
Review Image by Jon Jebus Jon Jebus
I've had this for a little over a year now. The leg height adjusters were always a little loose, so if you put a little weight on them they would slowly lower on you. Now, one of the adjustment hinges broke. Looks like the pin holding the lever to the plate snapped in half. I'm trying to figure out how to contact customer support, but there doesn't appear to be a way of doing that. Not sure what to do now. I would recommend buying from a company that you know you can contact with issues like this. I'll update this review if I can get some kind resolution to the issue. For now, hard pass. ... show more
