Usually wear a size L. But sometimes a XL if the item runs small. Got the Large cause alot of the reviews said true to size or too baggy. This runs a little small though. It fits a 42D. But it doesnt drape like the photo. Very form/roll fitting. High waist pants make it work. And if you get a blazer it looks lovely for a business casual outfit. Wouldnt wear by itself lol. I didn't like the fit on this one so I returned it. I felt the neckline was too high, the waist too long and bulky around the middle making me feel grumpy. Otherwise very pretty and fabric is nice.
