These heavy duty shipping container shelving brackets are incredibly strong. I had no idea what these things were like because I've never been inside a semi trailer or a shipping container before using brackets like these to hold. cargo. My first clue was the sheer weight when the postman delivered the package. It was a long box that was pretty hefty. The packing for shipment was very robust and a little astounding. I would estimate that between 5% and 10% of everything I buy online arrives with some kind of damage, usually minor, but nevertheless annoying. Packages of nuts, bolts nails, power tools and other heavier objects are often packaged in cute & clever plastic containers that arrive shattered inside the cartons or envelopes they were shipped in, sometimes with holes in the exterior through which some of the product gets lost. If I buy 10,000 nails and 50 or 100 escape, it isn't a disaster, but is annoying. The packaging for this shelving bracket set was very impressive. Extra thick cardboard, with stapled construction and almost every component safely ensconced in a thick polyethylene bag. The reason I'm sharing all this detail is because it indicates a company that cares a lot about its product. That they package this so carefully that it arrives with not a scratch, nick or any other visible damage is indicative of how seriously they take their product and their customers' satisfaction. The physical fabrication and material used in constructing the components was very robust. Most of it was built using square tubing. I often deform square tubing when assembling products like this because I have a tendency to over torque things. My wife chastises me about that! The nuts and bolts were high grade alloy, and had serrated flanges for optimum grip without using lock washers. (Serrated flanges on nuts & bolts also resist vibration loosening -- makes sense on this product.) A hex wrench was included, and the serrated flange on the nuts allowed you to tighten the bolt with the hex wrench without using an open-end wrench on the nut because the serrated surface gripped the steel firmly. Because I typically over-torque things, I used the hex wrench and put a 3/8 ratchet wrench on the other end with a half inch socket and torqued away like I usually do. No matter how hard I twisted that nut with the 10" long ratchet wrench there was virtually no deformation to the square tubing. The tubing was fabricated from thicker material than most, and using a strong grade of steel, so that I could apply ridiculous torque with virtually no deformation at all. This is another testament to the high-quality and robust design these guys put into their product. Truly impressive. I assembled the entire structure in about 25 minutes with my wife helping me out by handing me bolts and nuts as I needed them. Initially finger-tight, then, after everything was assembled, I went around with the hex wrench and the ratchet wrench attempting to deform any of the steel and I'm happy to report I couldn't bend anything. The design and the strength of this assembly is incredible. I think I could hang a couple of Ford 250 trucks off of this thing without damaging it too much. Well, I'm exaggerating, but I have nothing on my rural property that I could not stack up on this thing with some hefty boards laid across it. My biggest hurdle is going to be where to install the D rings that I'm gonna hang this thing from. I do not have any semi trailers or shipping containers on my property so it's going to be on a garage concrete wall or an outbuilding. This thing cost $120, currently discounted with a coupon to $100, and based on the incredibly competent design, robust materials employed in the fabrication, nuts and bolts of high-grade, steel alloy and the simplicity of assembly, I have to say it is worth every penny.

I ordered these shelving brackets for my feed room so I could finally get feed up off the ground. Around a farm, if feed sits on the floor too long you end up attracting critters, moisture issues, and eventually every animal on the property suddenly wants inside your feed room. My goal was to build strong shelving inside a shipping container/feed storage setup to help keep the feed protected and organized. I have not fully installed them yet because I need to rearrange and clean out part of the feed room first, but I was honestly very impressed the moment I opened the box. These brackets are HEAVY DUTY. The steel is thick, solid, and feels far stronger than the lightweight shelving hardware you usually find. There’s nothing flimsy about these at all. They feel like they could handle serious weight once mounted properly. The welds look clean, the finish seems durable, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. You can tell these were designed for real storage use in workshops, containers, garages, barns, or farm setups where things actually get used hard. I plan on loading mine with heavy feed bags, buckets, and supplies, and I feel confident they’ll handle it without bending or flexing. What I also like is the flexibility of the setup. You can customize your own shelf spacing and board sizes depending on what you’re storing. That makes these much more practical than prebuilt shelving for farm or workshop use. Adding vertical shelving in my Conex was a no brainer. I had tables in there but it quickly became hard to get around inside. These are very sturdy if you get strong enough boards to go across. The brackets can withstand some serious weight and abuse, but if you stick weak wood on the horizontals, it will only be as strong as those horizontals. Stick some 2x12's on it and call it a day. The size worked perfectly for my conex and I will most likely get some more to make the shelf continuous.

I am very impressed with these shelf brackets. Designed to hook onto the wall of a shipping container but I'm mounting them to a garden shed. They hang nicely from a large D-ring and that's all they need. A cross piece at the bottom is designed to span the vertical struts of a shipping container wall but they work well against any wall, where they spread the load. They are completely stable. Very easy to assemble, with the included heavy duty nuts and bolts. The instructions are decent but it's not complicated. I am using them for construction materials, including some lumber. Extremely well-made from powder-coated, welded steel. I don't know if they are intended to be weatherproof but I have them outside right now and they seem like they will be ok. Super-strong, great quality, and the price is very reasonable.

These are just well built and simple to use. If you have a container on your property and want to organize things or get some more use out of it this is the way to go. All you need outside of what is provided is the lumber and you don't have to modify anything. I like the build quality alot they seem like they can.hold as much weight as your wood board can evenly disperse. For the price these are a quality choice and you just can't go wrong.
