I recently purchased a Kubota L2502 and like many other tractors, it lacks storage. Like many others, I researched tractor baskets and ended up buying this one, not sure I would like it. First impressions out of the box were great, it's much more hefty than I thought it would be, nice paint job, sturdy and just an overall higher quality feeling than I expected. Easy to assemble on the tractor and the levelers work good to level the load (assembly is easier with two people). The instructions leave a lot to be desired and some of the pictures on the website show the bar that attaches to the ROPS in the incorrect position. Really only one way it can go to make sense so just play around with it and you will figure it out. I put on the cup holder as I thought it was a nice addition. I left off the small tool box because I wanted to use that front space to add more tool holders and as others have noted, the tool box is nice but it's not waterproof (not meant to be) and just closes and kind of clutters up the look of the overall basket. Not a fan of the tool holder they give you with the nylon straps that have to be buckled and purchased a couple of bungee quick disconnect "shovel holder" type tool holders to mount instead. The chain hooks work great and holds my 16 foot 5/16 chain with no issues. I have a tow strap and an ax in the basket right now and will use this thing quite a bit now that I have it mounted etc. I'm really happy with it and was impressed with the quality of the unit, hardware options, accessories, etc. If you're on the fence with this don't be, it will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. The media could not be loaded. I looked at a lot of Amazon reviews about the MaxxTuff tractor basket and reviews of other brands tractor baskets. Even though there were some poor reviews about poor quality of this unit they are totally unfounded. After unpacking this basket I found the quality and engineering to be top notch. The assembly instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The assembly was no problem in my shop. What I liked was the variety of different mounting configurations to the tractor roll bar that was possible. In my case I leave the roll bar lowered, first, because we have a heavily wooded Florida ranch that low hanging limbs would cause a problem for an upright roll bar. Secondly, the rear wheels of the John Deere 4052 tractor have spacers installed making for a wider track that greatly reduces the risk of a roll over. Added wheel weights on and water in the tires also helps keeping the tractor stable. I realized the best way was to hang the basket was below the roll bar as seen in the attached photos & video. It was easy to configure the attaching hardware for this location. It is a heavy basket when fully assembled and I used a chain hoist to hold it in place while making the attachments. I have already put about 50' of 3/8" chain in the basket and a few hand tools in the tool box. I'm sure I will have many years service with this basket.

Is exactly as described, installation not bad, nuts/bolts well labeled, just need another set of hands when attaching it to the tractor. We placed it on a 45 hp tractor. As noted by some the tool box could use some rubber or weather stripping, but the tractor is under the barn when not in use, so definitely not a deal breaker. This allows me carry to carry tools, pins, chains, chainsaw fuel, bar oil etc etc. Cannot speak to longevity yet, but this is perfect for my needs, and I could not have fabricated it to this quality.

Very helpful rack for my tractor. The toolbox rattles around but overall the product is pretty well made. I had to bend off the side hooks so it fits my JD2032R.

This fits the ROPs on a Kabota BX, barely. The U clamps that go around the ROPs fit, but the washers on the basket side of the clamps are slightly crooked because the basket just fits. Keep in mind the warning triangle that comes with the tractor will have to be relocated. Because of this, I could not use the toolbox mounted on the basket without drilling holes. The basket comes with a cloth bag on a wire-frame for a cup/bottle holder. When done for the day, the cloth bag easily slides off the wire-frame and can be rolled up and put in the small storage box that came with the Kabota BX to prevent UV damage when not in use

It will not fit ROPS 2"x4". Appears to fit 2"x3" or maybe 3"x3". They should state this. To us it I will need to purchase longer bolts.
