Received this item and won't charge. Ridiculous for the price of this. Says charger should be red and red when charging then turn red and green when fully charged. Well when I plug in it is already red and green and after 20 hours it's still red and green and never charged. Now I have a nightmare on my hands. Update, turns out (not mentioned in the booklet) located beneath the trunk is a key hole, look hard you will find it (we spent hours looking on internet and found this out) make sure seat is facing front as normal then insert the key (you must bend down and look under the truck saddle bag) turn the key and lift up the seat. There you will see the power switch. Turn it to on position. I emailed the supplier and they told me to try again not sharing this information, I then emailed again and someone called couple days after although we had already figured it out. The caller was very pleasant and answered many questions I ask and said don't hesitate to call back with any questions. This machine is a beast, well made, and handles rough terrain. So far love it.

I have to say that this electric scooter brings great convenience to my family, my parents don't like to go out, but after buying this electric scooter, he can often ride this out for a ride, and the large storage space also makes it more convenient for them to go out shopping. I’ve been putting off buying a mobility scooter for years because most models just weren’t built for a guy my size. But this one? Absolute game-changer! First off, the extra-wide seat is a dream—no more squeezing into something that feels like it’s made for a kid. And the adjustable backrest? Heaven for my bad back. I can slide the seat forward or back to fit my long legs just right, and the reinforced frame doesn’t even creak under my weight (and trust me, I’ve tested it!). The adjustable handlebars were a nice surprise—I’m a tall guy, so being able to raise them up means no hunching over while riding. And the strong motor handles slopes like a champ! My driveway’s on a slight incline, and this scooter doesn’t even groan—just powers right up. Battery life’s great too. I can run errands all over town and still have juice left. Plus, the high weight capacity means I never worry about stressing the scooter. If you’re a bigger senior like me and tired of flimsy scooters that feel like they’ll buckle, this is the one. It's a great piece of equipment, and as he says most of the assembly is done, just a simple installation of the trunk and mirrors, which saves us a lot of time. It's quiet, stable and fast, and it's great in every way, making me feel like it's great value for money. Outdoor roads such as sand and mud can also reduce bumps, and are highly recommended for outdoor or daily travel.
