Received this item and won't charge. Ridiculous for the price of this. Says charger should be red and red when charging then turn red and green when fully charged. Well when I plug in it is already red and green and after 20 hours it's still red and green and never charged. Now I have a nightmare on my hands. Update, turns out (not mentioned in the booklet) located beneath the trunk is a key hole, look hard you will find it (we spent hours looking on internet and found this out) make sure seat is facing front as normal then insert the key (you must bend down and look under the truck saddle bag) turn the key and lift up the seat. There you will see the power switch. Turn it to on position. I emailed the supplier and they told me to try again not sharing this information, I then emailed again and someone called couple days after although we had already figured it out. The caller was very pleasant and answered many questions I ask and said don't hesitate to call back with any questions. This machine is a beast, well made, and handles rough terrain.
