As soon as you open the box and observe how the parts are packaged you know your dealing with a company that pays attention to detail. I wasn’t disappointed after unwrapping the bubble wrap. Excellent finish on every part. Extra screws and washer provided for that just in case lost / dropped part. Provided Allen wrenches are also of quality material and fit properly. Installation was easy and fit was perfect. My only suggestion that will aid in getting the rubber gasket to fit perfectly is a slight variation from the instructions. When fitting the cross bars to the end brackets - tighten the screw only slightly- allowing so the bar is not locked in place. Then mount the brackets securely- only then tighten the screws holding the bar in place- doing in this way allows the brackets to “stand up “ and the gasket to sit flush. Time will tell if the finish lasts but overall impressions are extremely positive. ... show more

Does fit very well for RAV4 XLE 2022, feels strong and solid. Didn't test it yet with something heavier than SUP, but going to purchase Kayak as well. I like the product don't have any labels on it. like "No Name" rack ) installation time ~25 min.

These feel 20 times better than the cross bars I had on my previous 2017 RAV4. So far they feel great and I expect that they will hold together well. I’m curious to see long term quality. It took me roughly 20 minutes to install without using the manual it came with.

Would’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the plastic covering the connection. They don’t sit flush so they have gaps when mounted so I expect them to collect a lot of dirt and make noise when driving at higher speeds but not very noticeable. Other than that, great product with easy installation!

Material is good with the black powder coating. Sturdy construction. I like how the keyhole is on top of the ends so it looks cleaner. One of the end caps was loose so I requested a replacement. The picture shows how much you could lift the cover after attaching it. The replacement was also loose. I tried to replace the bracket to see if that was it but noticed the replacement bracket was defective. You can see the difference in the photo. The company contacted me because of this review and send me the replacement part free of charge and I fits well now. Happy with the product and would recommend. ... show more
