I’ve only used it a few times. When I first got it I tried it with an older power bank and it worked kinda but the next time it would turn on. So I scoured Amazon for the right power bank only seems to be one that actually says it’s a 5V, 3A output the important thing to remember is it MUST be a 5V/3A power bank or it won’t work as I tended. Bout it for a cold warehouse while I do computer work. Life saver!! Also figure I’ll be able to use it for cold camping nights in the mountains or sport events in fall and winter. I always run cold, so ordered this heated blanket for my workdays. It's soft and stays securely in place around my shoulders or in my lap when I'm at my desk. It is easy to connect to a power bank and heats up quickly and evenly. It's such a comforting blanket to have with the heating element! The blanket is the perfect size to keep at work. I use it every day now that it's gotten colder out!

Suggest the purchaser review the expiration return date. I purchased the correct batteries, with the blanket. The blanket has three levels red, blue, green, they do come on when pressed. Unfortunately the blanket shuts off after about 30 seconds. It is a blanket…,just not a heated one. If I based it on functionality upon receipt, I would give it a thumbs down. 0 out of 5.

I bought this because my office is drafty and I work events where I'm in a makeshift structure outside. This was perfect to provide that extra bit of warmth when just a lap blanket isn't enough. I can use it as a standalone blanket for a comfortable warm temperature or place a lap blanket over it for some insulation to create more heat as needed. The portability is great since I have the flexibility to use a power bank when away from home/office or plug it into a power strip with USB ports when sitting at a desk. It's easy to use and has pockets to store the USB cable securely as well as my power bank (larger pocket has a velcro closure). I only gave it 4 stars because, although it has 3 power settings, I didn't really see a noticeable difference between the medium and high setting. Also, it would be a bit more effective if the heat strips were placed closer together. But overall, this is a great product and I've recommended it to others who work in the events field as I do.

Just be careful to use a 3A power bank or cable to get the best results. I used it to provide extra warmth and comfort while sitting at the PC, and it worked good.
