Almost perfect
Style: Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat(2H/1C)
I had to do a lot of research when replacing a very old Trane Weathertron mercury thermostat. So many wires! But I figured it out and got this installed and working. Everything works perfect BUT for whatever reason when the backlight is off, I can see all the modes on the screen which makes it hard to see what the temperature is without turning the backlight on. No one else here seems to have this problem, so I guess it's just my unit. It doesn't affect the way it works at all so I will just deal with it I guess.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT SO FAR.
Style: Non-Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat(2H...
THIS IS A SIMPLE PRODUCT. IT SEEMS TO WORK JUST FINE. I HAD A PROFESSIONAL HOOK IT UP AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. I HAVE NOT HAD IT HOOKED UP FOR VERY LONG SO WE'LL SEE IF IT REMAINS IN MY HIGH STANDINGS.......... ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

Fully functional programable thermostat
Style: Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat(2H/1C)
I dropped my old thermostat and the screen broke. This mounted in the same space with the same hole pattern. Pleasant surprise #1. Programming it was easy and it had nice features. It is not and cannot link to a network. I wasn't looking for that and didn't need to pay for that level of functionality. The backlight is good and the numbers/letters are large and easy to read. Reasonably priced. I would recommend this unit without hesitating.

Best price I could find for Heat Pump w/ Aux Heat
Style: Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat(2H/1C)
By far the best price I could find for a thermostat for a heat pump with auxiliary heat. It was easy to install and has been working great for 3 weeks now. (Original thermostat internal thermometer failed and wouldn't register room temp correctly so heat pump was never coming on.)

Could use better instructions and support for wiring
Style: Non-Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat(2H...
Hooked up wires as suggested in the instructions. Heating while in cooling mode and cooling while in heating mode. Rewired the reversing valve operation. Works correctly now. Still cannot get the emergency heat to come on. Would be nice to have an 800 number to call for assistance while installing the t stat. Overall, looks nice. Screen could be larger

Good for the money
Style: Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat(2H/1C)
Easy to install. It just need to include batteries for easy installation and better anchors for drywall. The ones that come with are not the best.
