This is a nice headset. I needed a new one because the old one hurts my ears and the over the ears help with that. While I use it for work, I did start streaming and the headset works really well. Also, the control is actually on the headset and not on the wire, which I greatly dislike and was the reason I got the headset in the first place (old one had it on the wire and I kept bumping the volume to max or mute completely without realizing it). The only thing I don't like is that the headset yells MICROPHONE ON / MICROPHONE OFF even when it moves slightly from the off position and it actually cuts out all audio when it does that. If there's a way to mute that, I would give 5 stars for the headset.

It’s a headset that you can hear from and speak into the mic. That’s about all I can say for the positives. The padding in the ear pieces feels ok I guess but it’s not comfortable for extended use. The absolute worst feature is the -insert expletive here- voice that goes off when you either move the mic up or down and when you use the mute button on the side of the headset. It completely mutes all audio to tell you that your mic is now muted or unmuted. So every single time you mute or unmute your mic in a meeting you lose audio to everyone else in the meeting and have to either constantly ask people to repeat things or guess what they had just said. It’s easier to just not use these features and use the built in mute button in Teams etc. It’s not a feature if it doesn’t help at all. All in all, don’t waste your money and find a better headset.

I ordered these specially because it has the noise cancelling feature for the microphone. IT DOES NOT WORK. I learned that the hard way when I wa si formed they could hear my kids in the background as I work from home. Noise cancelling on the ear muffs works well but not on the MIC. Also pretty snug around the ears after 6 hours my ears hurt. Will def be returning

This is wired headset, not wireless blue tooth. I bought this version as my office does not allow wireless devices. Takes a bit to get used to the mute and volume buttons on the side of the unit, but it does work well.

I suspected this when ordering, but figured I would try them out: the noise-canceling feature for this headset is only for the MICROPHONE, to help listeners hear you better on calls. The headphones do not have any noise canceling feature other than the fact that they cover your ears. The noise blockage they provide is very minimal; I've had a pair of over-ear headphones before that also did not have active noise cancellation, and they did a better job at blocking out noise than these do. I'll have to return them. I don't recommend this headset for use in environments that are not quiet, or you may have trouble hearing. The volume does seem like it goes decently high, but still, if your environment is somewhat noisy, it will likely be a problem sometimes. I was trying to find a good pair of wired/USB over-ear headphones, but so far, I'm having to stick with my bluetooth noise-canceling headphones.
