    • In noisy environments, the noise is amplified and there is no improvement in understandability.
In relatively quiet environments, these work well. But go to a busy restaurant, play, musical, party, etc., and you might as well not have them on. In fact, not having them in might save you from a headache!

These just weren’t for me. They whistled all the time and I couldn’t get them to stop. Amazon did take them back without a problem.

Item was delivered this morning. I charged it up for 2 hours, and then put them on. The sound is could and you will not experience ringing if you use the correct size tips for your particular ear canal. The sound is too loud for me right now so I need to figure out how to lower the volume. Other than that, not too bad. ... show more

    • Amplifier - not a hearing aid
This is everything you were warned off when buying a hearing aid. It's an amplifier, you are in a tin can and it makes those electronic noises. The worst. It took 3 seconds and they went back.

    • Not as good as expected.
I use Audien Atom 2's which work well for me, but I thought these were going to be better because advertised as hearing aids not amplifiers. They did work good but not as good as I thought they would have. Returned with no problem after trying for a day.
