Bought this to make ice faster because summer is brutal and who likes warm water?! This is super easy to operate and keep clean. I've used this almost daily for months with no problems. It makes 9 cubes about every 6 minutes. It has a light for when water runs low or when ice bin is full. It runs pretty quietly and looks great on the counter. It's very durable and I feel it will last a long time. Just wipe down to clean, and has an easy to use bottom port to empty.

What a great machine for the price. I use ice regularly and was tired of filling ice trays constantly and then either in a bucket or or bin that was big and clunky. I've bought some freezer ice bags to go with it and they are amazing for storage. I also use filtered water to avoid mineral build-up. I've been using it regularly for a few months and so far I absolutely love it. It looks nice, doesn't make a lot of noise, and produces 9 ice bullets every 8 minutes or so. I like to start with cold water otherwise your first set of bullets come out a little smaller than normal. It holds a good amount of water so you don't have to fill constantly but you do need to fill after an hour give or take. It has a nice self clean feature as well as auto shut down for the ice tray being full or if it runs out of water. It's also prtable since its small and lightweight. All you need is an outlet and you could pretty much use it anywhere. So far it seems pretty durable as it's held up perfectly for the first cpl months but we'll see. I will update this review if needed in the future, but as of right now I couldn't recommend this more for the person who enjoys ice regularly.

Best money I ever spent. I haven't had to fill, touch, and twist an ice cube tray since. AND my freezer has 30% more space. Unit is very quiet and all you hear is 9 ice cubes being relased every 10 minutes. ONLY downfall is that the ice is wet and after 20 minutes in your freezer storage container you have to stab the ice with a knife to break it up so it's not a big welded together clump. Not a big deal. My electric bill is virtually the same and I run it all the time. Never again fill ice cube trays forever.

This is a compact unit that would work well at a desk or wherever you might need just enough ice for a cold drink or two. It’s small, so don’t expect a full-sized ice machine. When the hopper is full, there’s probably enough ice to fill two 12 ounce cups. The color and design are aesthetically pleasing. The nuggets are approximately thumb-sized with the traditional bullet shape, and the machine makes ice every few minutes. It’s somewhat on the noisy side, but not too loud. Overall, thus far it has worked just as it should and has been a nice addition next to my soda water maker.

We absolutely love this ice machine! The small cubes are the best! I drink water all day every day and need my water very cold! This is a real life saver! We use only bottled alkaline water in it for my kidney issues. It MUST be cleaned thoroughly on occasion, not just using the automatic cleaning cycle. You will need to clean it following the instructions in the manual, or it may start running a little louder and make some crazy sounds here and there. It lets you know. Once it’s been thoroughly cleaned, it runs like a dream (silently), just like the first day you got it. We very highly recommend this ice machine!

The ultimate "plug, add water, and play"! After you wash it out, of course. :-) It works like a charm, is not very noisy and the crunch of the ice is, as others have mentioned, SO good. We've been very happy with this product and highly recommend it if you really don't have freezer space for ice cube trays. I use a Rubbermaid container with a lid to keep the ice cubes safe. It stacks very well with everything else we have in there.
