I am a gamer, and I work full time from home. I have been looking for a chair that would be comfortable in both circumstances. This one meets every need! Hands down, the best office/gaming chair I've ever purchased. Soooo comfortable. This chair is designed for big and tall folks. However, I am a 5'2" female, 130 lbs. I wanted a wider seat base because I like to sit Indian Style - hard to find a gaming chair that accommodates that. This one sure does! I was a little worried that the head rest and lumbar support pillow wouldn't 'fit' me right, but they do. I am snug as a bug in a rug in this oversized chair. I love the pull out foot rest and that I can lay this chair out almost flat. I have taken many naps in this chair - whether laid out flat, or curled up on my side - this chair stays steady and is so comfy no matter what position I'm in. The vibration feature is a great added bonus on my 44 year old aching muscles, ha. And to top it off - Healgen's customer service is awesome. While I was assembling my chair, I noticed that one side of the seat cushion wasn't sewn well. The leather was loose such that (as seen in the pictures), I had to move the excess fabric aside in order to raise or lower the arm rest. I emailed Healgen with these pictures and requested a new seat cushion. They went above and beyond and sent me an entire new chair! I am beyond thrilled with the comfort and quality of this chair, as well as with the excellent customer service from Healgen.     • Big guy home office/gaming all day.
I’m a bigger guy at 6’1” and 290lbs. I’ve been working from home during the pandemic. It was immediately apparent that I needed a good chair at home. I’m in the chair for about 45 minutes of every hour, for 9 hours a day. This chair offers a good range of adjustment. The padding is very firm. When you’re in the seat for long periods, the chair offers great support. As a gaming chair, it would be ideal. It really did assemble easily. All tools are provided, and it only took about 30 minutes (I could probably have done it in 10 minutes the second time). They even include a pair of gloves. I’m happy with the chair. I would buy it again. Here are the things you should know that are less than great: 1. If you have a wide butt or sit with your legs apart, the seat base pads (the upturned parts on the outside of your thighs) are pretty hard. The idea is to “hold” you in the seat. You will get sore from the constant pressure on the outside of your thighs. 2. The arms are nicely padded, but completely useless when you recline even a little. If they moved forward and back, they would be perfect. 3. The footrest is unnecessary as it is not good. I tried it a few times, but it feels like it wants to break. If they removed it and added a slide out cup holder/storage “box” it would be a game changer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have explained almost everything about the chair in the video. It is really nice with high quality. With this chair I’m more excited to go to my office and work. It is comfortable especially if you have backache problem.

    • Best investment I could make!
With the advent of COVID19 I found myself working from and occupying my desk chair for more than I ever intended. I am overweight and a normal chair won't hold up. I needed one that would not only withstand my weight but was ergonomic and when I began looking for chairs this one floated to the top. I love the smart design and stout build of it. The leg rest rests are perfect for when I want to lean back and relax a bit. And I love the added ergonomic massage pillow.     • I Undoubtedly Recommend It to Anybody Unsure if They Should Buy it or Not
Pros: - Comfy, I can sit on it all day as I do my work at home - Massage feature is surprisingly better than what I was expecting (has more modes than just vibration) - Adjustability feels nice (height, tilt, armrests, etc.) - Good colors to choose from - Easy to assemble, even for a novice like me who has never assembled a chair before - Comes with tools to help you assemble it, plus you get some bonus nails - Great mobility - The material feels reliable and is easy to clean - Seems to help prevent back pain so far Cons: - Some minor typos in the assembly manual can throw you off - One of the pictures in the assembly manual looks a little janky, so you need to use common sense to get through that part - Footrest is better-suited for short people, so it's not useful for me. I was looking for a chair that didn't break the bank and was comfortable as I work from home and I'm on the computer for 8 hours a day, so I'm not gamer. The chair took about 45 minutes to put together. It comes with all the screws and a little hex "T" style screwdriver. I used my drill with hex drill bit, that was a time saver! Some people said that the arms move when they are trying to get out of the chair, this is a non issue for me, I don't mind the arms having a little play, I'm 5'9" / 155 lbs, not sure if heavier people would complain about this. The arms are very comfy too. The only thin wrong with it is that the cord that plugs in the back massage pillow was broken so I couldn't use the massage part. I emailed the company, they said it usually takes 24 hours to respond. This is exactly what I expected for chair under $150. It's comfortable, and it's cool that it has a little foot rest for when I recline and listen to music. I would recommend this chair to a friend. UPDATE: I took about 1 week to get the replacement cord from the company. Not a real big deal. The massage pillow has 5 settings and it feels pretty good. ... show more
