The media could not be loaded. First of all, this chair is great. The quality is great and it’s very well made. I painted the legs brown to go with my decor. I love everything about this chair, but what I love most is their customer service! I have never worked with any customer service like this before. When I received these chairs, they came with the shorter legs (counter height legs), even though I ordered the Bar height legs. I contacted the seller, and they were very responsive. They immediately sent me the correct legs, which I received within 2 days. They stayed in communication with me the whole time updating me. They even follow up when the legs arrived to see if everything went well. Then few months later, my husband was using the chair to hang some Christmas lights upstairs, the chair fell all the way down to the lower level causing one of the legs to break. I contacted the seller again, asking to buy an additional leg. Even though this was no fault of theirs, they offered to send a new leg for free, absolutely no charge to me! They were very helpful and understanding. They are absolutely one of the best customers service I ever worked with.

I am redecorating our rental home to add a bit of personality and love these. The cushion is firm and comfortable. Spills clean easily (I have 2 older boys and a Viking husband). My only complaint is the color of the wood- I would have preferred it be a darker color but that was not an option at my price point. They were simple to put together and instructions clear. Overall, very happy with this purchase for the value!

The media could not be loaded. These chairs are perfect. Very comfortable and the material (velvet) is soft with no shedding or color staining. One of the studs came slightly loose on the upholstery but it was on the back so we left it alone. The front bar on the bottom of the stools are a little tricky and wouldn’t tighten. At least two of the chairs didn’t assemble tight enough for our liking. Instead of returning we just decided that we won’t let guests sit in those chairs just in case they try to put all of their weight on the front. Otherwise…we love them!

These stools were fairly easy to assemble, they look great, and they are very sturdy. I accidentally ordered bar height when I needed counter height and customer service sent me shipping labels to return the stools that were the wrong size and order the correct ones. They were very helpful and I appreciate them helping me get the stools that worked for my home!
