I tried 2 of these units and compared them to another different unit that I had. The sound is very faint. for the price the quality just is not there.

This was a very nice stethoscope. The problem is I had to return it for a refund. I don't know where it was made but the tubing had a 5/16 of an inch split in it. I did not trust the manufacturer after I saw that. That is what I didn't get a replacement
