As a med student, I highly recommend using a Littmann Cardiology, I believe I purchased it with a discount and I love the design it has. I think it's a bit short for my height but I guess that is a standard size, I can hear everything with it which is the most important aspect.

La marca lo precede: eso es suficiente. No he tenido ningún problema con estos. Lo único, quizá, es que una vez el tubo es manchado con tinta es casi imposible retirarla, así que sería ideal alejarlo de bolígrafos o tinta en general. Eso no es un problema que afecta la función pero si la estética, una manera de evitarlo es simplemente escoger un tono oscuro, si usas un tono claro, muy probamente termine manchado de tinta en algún punto. As others have said, you can actually hear bodily functions with this stethoscope. I am using on horses as we have to check for heart, gut sounds, lung functions too. Believe it or not they are hard to hear with a standard scope. Happy I spent the money so I can accurately report to my Veterinarian my horses vital signs especially in an emergency! ... show more

I find this stethoscope amazing! I used to have the Classic III and this is a major upgrade. The sound is amazing and it is really good value. It is very comfortable and easy to use, and extremely accurate for diagnostics.
