I like this ladder but it turned out to be too large to keep in my kitchen. It does fold up very slim and is easy to store if you don't have much space. The downside for me is that I'm small and the ladder is way heavier than I thought it would be. We are keeping it in the garage which means I have to trudge out there and up and down steps to get it in the house. But overall, it's nice. I picked this one because it has the handle at the top when open which helps with balance. No one wants to fall off a ladder!

This is a great ladder, at an affordable price. I have high ceilings and needed a light-weight, flat-folding ladder for inside the house... especially for reaching smoke alarms, furnace filters, and light bulbs, but also for very tall shelves. It is basically a five-star product, but I subtracted one star on sturdiness, for not having a locking feature when open. As long as you are always careful to verify it is FULLY open, you can be confident in its safety; the provided instructions warn about this. I love this ladder and would do business with this company again. (As with any ladder, of any shape and size, you have to be mindful about using it.)

I ordered this I one because it has a fourth step and I like the way it looks, but it is disappointing because it is not sturdy, moving around as I climb. The steps also need to have some kind of grip on them even with the alternating, varying depth. It isn’t as low profile as I expected and takes up just as much, if not more, room as my other steps. At this price point, I expect higher quality.

This isn't the sort of ladder you will take to a work site but it is one you would want to use in your house. First, it folds up to where it is only three inches deep which means it can easily be stuck behind a door or out of the way in a broom closet. It has a nice gold finish that hopefully won't show wear after some use. I haven't had it long so cannot speak to durability at this point. I am 215 lbs and I felt pretty stable on the second to the top rung. It is built for home use, not on a construction site and I think it should hold up to the sort of use you would have around a house (i.e. changing light bulbs. Getting stuff off of the top of the kitchen cabinets etc.) It opens up and closes very easily. I like the bar at the top to stabilize myself while reaching for things. I honestly can't find anything to squabble about. It just feels and looks well made all together and I'd be happy having it in our home.

The ladder comes fully assembled and opens/closes easily with a thin profile for storage. The stairs are larger than most other models so you feel safe and secure. The feet are capped with a non-skid material which adds to stability and security. My husband used this on our wooden floor and he felt secure plus there were no markings on the floor. It's a nice feature having the hand bar at the top, just don't try to carry it by the top bar as this will open the ladder. This light weight, slim profile ladder is a wonderful addition to our home maintenance paraphernalia.
