  • Short, even in the highest setting, leg rest is too short.
The back pad is missing one strap, it was never attached. This makes the pad unusable and it is really needed in this chair. I was surprised the chair sits so close to the ground. It is just over 20 inches at the highest level, it does not even get high enough to be level with a gaming desk. The foot rest only comes out to my knees, I just feel like this might be a chair for kids. Now, the material is nice and I think it will last long, the head rest pad is nice and works well. It has good rollers and moves easily. I am not sure this is what I really wanted, but it will work for now. ... show more

  • Excellent product, easy assembly
Very sturdy, well designed and manufactured chair. Although the assembly instructions were poor, putting it together was a breeze. Product shipping package can be improved a bit because it looked roughed up externally but internal material was in good condition. The seat cushion is a bit firm and the rocking function does not work well. ... show more

  • 5-⭐ for its Price Point
It was a lengthy search trying to find a gaming chair that 1) could ship to Hawaii / outside the continental U.S ... 2) was stylish but not over-the-top colorful. 3) would fit a $130-$200 budget. Wouldve loved to get a Devoko Brand Chair, but they dont ship here so went with Hbada. The blue option was a pleasant surprise from what I was considering and obviously picked it. Knowing I wasn't paying top-tier, I factored in a lot of what reviewers were saying; pros & cons. N was observant of everything said my first few weeks with the chair. DELIVERY - took a week to process, but once it did, got here fast & 3 days earlier than expected. Box was pretty sturdy n packed. ASSEMBLY - Pretty self-explanatory ... took about 30-40 minutes to unbox n put together but took my time a little bit. DESIGN - again, not my primary choice at first; wanted a black n white racing seat design, but this blue design really grew on me; might've been one of the first people to get it, n I really like that its not too gimmicky, but it stands alone when it comes to colorways n designs ... n thats a good thing. - (see picture) I was NOT a fan of the "First Blood" stitching in the back. That was a surprise to me.. None of the preview photos had that shown n neither did any of the other colors/designs. Not sure if it holds any significance; like if it was the first chair made in this color/design, if so, DO I GET A PRIZE? LOL. Otherwise, it wasn't necessary for me. I was able to cover it with black gorilla tape, trimmed the edges, n looks like it just blends in with the chair design. - I wish this color/design came with black&white craster wheels instead of black&gray; its just better n more sleeker. COMFORT - as said in many reviews, heavy but sturdy. - neck & Lumbar support is there for sure. - like how the armrests go up&down. I know the top-tier gamimg chairs rotate & I understand the convenience of rotating armrests, but im totally content with the up&down. - the reclining feature seems pretty safe. Even though it doesn't go full 180 recline, it's pretty close n I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I like it. - seating cushion ... taking into account other reviews n photos, its true that the seating cushion could be way more cushy ... n the leather does crease, but I just stretch it back in place n goes close to back-to-normal. To get around the cushy challenge, I bought a memory foam n its a very good equalizer. Very very happy the chair is here, the color/design is very cool but not kiddy n its unique_not many people have it; yet it still looksgood in our living room, n I hit my budget. Even with stuff like the surprise stitching job n the not-so-cushy cushion, those where things I was willing to work around, considering the price of this chair. Had this been a top-tier gaming chair, I wouldn't have been as lenient n my expectations would've been much higher. but 5-⭐ for its Price Point. 👏👏👏 ... show more

  • Get what you pay for, I guess (UPDATED)
Color: Grey Style: No Footrest
I bought this chair about a year ago now, so I will give my experiences over the past year. I don't have a great memory, but this chair was so difficult to assemble I still remember the struggle. The instructions are not always super clear. The armrests do not come in towards the seat enough for it to be super comfortable; I have the armrests adjusted as close to me as they can be and I can still barely reach them (I am a 5'3 female with slightly broad shoulders). The worst part of this seat is the constant fear and anxiety I face whilst sitting in it, as it will randomly drop it's adjustment all the way to the lowest setting. When I say it drops, I mean it DROPS, it doesn't slowly slide down. This is especially bad when in the process of sitting down. A couple of times during video calls my chair has just dropped me down out of frame. It's made worse by the fact that I have to have it adjusted to the tallest setting just to be comfortable in it at my desk. I personally wouldn't recommend buying it unless you are someone with short legs and extremely broad shoulders. The chair itself isn't uncomfortable, as I sit in it for both playing games and working. UPDATE: I was sent a new chair by the company for free, which was nice. Though the chair is the same design, there are small changes between the original and the new one. The seat is smaller, meaning my thighs now go right to the edge of the seat (I'm 5'3, ~235 pounds). In turn, the armrests are closer to me, but still not quite as close as I'd like them to be. Based on the design of the piece that holds the armrests to the chair, it'd be possible to bring them in closer. The seat is also taller, meaning I can actually reach my desk now. I also have to talk about the process of putting this chair together, as it is a MAJOR pain in the ass. Putting the actual seat together is not too difficult, but you have to line up a golfball-sized hole on the bottom of this 50 pound seat with the rod of the mechanism that raises/lowers the chair. I ended up having to balance this chair on my knees and try to scoot forward on top of the lower half to line it up, as it's impossible to try and do this while standing. It'd be perfectly fine if you have at least one person who can hold up 50 pounds and keep it steady. Finally, sitting down doesn't make the chair drop all the way down as it did with my first one, but there is a small drop of about an inch. OVERALL: I would give it 3.5/5 stars if Amazon allowed half stars. If your thighs are wider than about 15-17 inches while sitting down, you won't fit in this chair. If you have narrow shoulders, you won't be comfortable in this chair. You'll like this chair if you have longer legs, as on the highest setting my feet barely reach the ground (I'm 5'3). However, the armrests are the perfect height for me, so if you have shorter arms + a longer torso, it might not be quite tall enough. The chair itself isn't uncomfortable, it's an average gaming chair. If you're gonna try to put it together by yourself, make sure you can hold 50 pounds up for many seconds while trying to put this chair together or that you can balance 50 pounds on your knees. Sometimes it drops about an inch when you sit down. ... show more

  • Sturdy and Comfortable
I seriously keep passing out in this thing, it is that comfortable. Truly looks cool. I thought I would get some cheap knockoff item but honestly it has been very enjoyable.
