  • Quality and functionality
Color: Black Style: No Footrest
Chair is comfortable, but mine had weak headrest. It stopped leveling and never stays in place anymore, so I had to remove it. But this company have a great customer service and helped me with my problem. Seller reminded they have 3 year warranty on this chair and provided options to resolve this issue. ... show more

  • The best chair I’ve ever sat on
Color: Grey Style: No Footrest
I saw other people’s reviews and was hesitant when I purchased it but it turned out to be the best chair I’ve ever sat on. It meets my needs perfectly. First I really need a net chair instead of a cushion chair because it’s more breathable during summer and causes less tailbone pain. Second I love the lumbar support it feels much easier to sit through the day than before. Third I thought I won’t use the angle feature of the arm rest but I found it’s so comfortable when you play your phone or read kindle. I would recommend this chair! ... show more

  • Unfortunately Defective (returned)
Color: Black Style: No Footrest
My experience with the chair wasn't great. However, my wife has a version very similar and she really enjoys it. Mine came to use defective, the lumbar support and back rest did not stabilize properly, offering poor support and weren't able to be properly adjusted. Customer support tried to help and we're relatively responsive but we're unable to offer any advice that fixed the issue and by the time they got around to trying to send replacement parts I was at the end of my return window. I'm honestly not sure the replacement parts would have helped but they did try which is why Im giving this product a 3 instead of a 2 overall. The product itself seemed solid enough if it were working properly, the back and seat mesh were firm and comfortable. My complaints on the design of the chair would be with the headrest and arms, they left wuite a bit to be desired as far as comfort, and of course the lumbar support was broken so I can't comment on its comfort or effectiveness. ... show more

  • Finally found the perfect chair
Color: Grey Style: No Footrest
I have been looking for a good office chair for a while and this one is honestly incredible. I sit at my desk for long hours working and gaming and my back used to always hurt. The lumbar support on this chair is a game changer because it actually moves with you and supports your back perfectly. I really love the headrest too since you can adjust it to exactly where you need it. It feels super sturdy and high quality. It was pretty easy to put together and looks great in my home office. For the price it is absolutely worth it. I am so glad I decided to get this one. ... show more

  • The armrest design ruins it
Color: Black Style: No Footrest
I really wanted to like this chair. I spend 8–10 hours a day writing and wanted an ergonomic upgrade from my well‑worn Steelcase Leap V2. On paper, this chair seems to have everything right. However, after receiving it and trying it for the first time, it has a fatal flaw, that is, when you recline, the armrests are mechanically linked to the backrest, so they pivot upward as the back tilts. In my most comfortable working position (slightly reclined), the armrests rise higher than my desk. That means: 1. I can’t slide the chair under the desk, forcing me to sit several inches away from the keyboard. 2. My elbows end up too high. 3. There’s no separate adjustment to level or lower the armrests. Even basic office chairs let you angle the armrests independently; locking them to the backrest makes no ergonomic sense for desk work. I found this to be such a fundamental flaw with this product. If you need to work close to a desk, look elsewhere. ... show more
