  • This chair is an investment, not a luxury.
Color: Grey
I have a job the requires long hours in a chair so I have experienced a number of discomforts over the years. The lower pelvic support is a game changer. It makes all the difference in comfort. I have tried so many lumbar support chair and they do absolutely nothing to alleviate pain or pressure points. The extendable foot rest is fantastic. When sitting long hours in a chair your feet will get restless so the foot rest is the perfect switch up. The adjustable head rest is a necessity. It's impossible to sit in the same upright position all day so when you want to recline a bit but still focus on work, the headrest provides the perfect support for you head to see the screen rather than looking up at the ceiling. One feature I would never have thought I needed was the arm rests that rotate inwards. When you recline back the armrests move with the back rest so they provide support to your arms as they reach out to the keyboard. Since they can rotate inward, you can adjust to whatever position that is comfortable to reach your keyboard. If I had to nitpick on some improvements I would like to see, it would be the mesh seat. It's actually very comfortable for long hours of sitting and there's no sag in the material so far (1-2 months of use) but sometimes I like to sit crisscross in my hair and the mesh can be uncomfortable rubbing up against my ankles. Wearing long socks alleviates this pain therefore I would not change the seat material if that meant less ventilation or less comfort for long hours of sitting in a normal upright position. If you can't tell I swear by this product. It's not a luxury, it's an investment. ... show more

  • Do NOT Buy This Overpriced Chair they charge $100 to return
Color: Pink
I was so excited to get this Hbada E3 Pro ergonomic office chair for $450, thinking it would be a solid upgrade with all the "premium" features like adjustable lumbar support, leg rest, and sturdy build. What a massive disappointment. This chair is nowhere near worth the price and feels like cheap junk that barely lasted a single afternoon. First off, the armrests were a nightmare to assemble. The screws refused to go all the way in no matter how much I tightened them – already a bad sign. The lumbar support is completely useless. It doesn't lock into place at all, so it just flops around and provides zero actual support. I kept fiddling with it, hoping it would click or hold, but nope – total failure. After just two hours of use (and I only weigh 160 lbs), the hydraulic lift completely gave out. The chair won't stay up and slowly sinks no matter what. For a chair advertised as high-quality, this is pathetic. The leg rest? Flimsy at best. It feels like it could snap under minimal weight. All the bells and whistles that supposedly justify the $450 price tag simply do not work. Save your money – this is not a premium ergonomic chair. It's poorly made, frustrating, and unreliable. Very disappointed. Look elsewhere! Also they charge you almost $100 for return shipping and a refund. Save your $$$$ If the company reaches out I will edit or delete this post! ... show more

  • Great chair
Color: Grey
Been using this chair for few months now, and I'm not sure if I love it. Lumbar support definitely needs improvement, right now I have it tied back with zip tie as it gets out of adjustment and makes it uncomfortable. Otherwise chair is great, I can work on it 8 hours straight, doesn't get hot, and is very comfortable. Fantastic for sitting straight and working, but not great as relaxing chair. Also to be fair I tried many other chairs as stores and nothing out there compares to work comfort of this. ... show more

  • It is a pleasure to sit on!
Color: Grey
The Hbada E3 is one of the best office chairs I have used. Having experienced a variety of office chairs, including some high-end, expensive models, this chair stands out as one of the most impressive. It offers numerous adjustments to customize your sitting position for maximum comfort, and the added leg rest is an excellent feature that exceeded my expectations. However, the leg rest's build quality could be improved, as it feels less robust and would benefit from a redesign to enhance its durability. Overall, this chair provides exceptional comfort for extended hours of desk work and maintains a high standard of quality. The only notable downside is the assembly process, which requires two people to put together. Despite this, it has been an excellent purchase and one I would recommend. Pros: - High quality chair - Comfortable to sit in for long hours at a time - Numerous adjustments to make it personal for the user to sit on Cons: - Needs two people to build this chair effectively - Leg rest could be more robust - Armrest this could be adjusted back further to make it more comfortable ... show more

  • Decent chair, but over priced.
Color: Black
The Hbada E3 Pro is a good chair, but overpriced. Quality control is a concern. I had at least five different screws missing plus the allen wrench. Upon further inspection two chair pieces had hairline cracks which I could only see because the sunlight hit the chair at just the right angle when I was putting it together. There is a strong possiblity I received a return item - there was double-tape on the outside of the box and on many of the packaged parts. The chair was comfortable, but due to the plastic materials in the arms the chair does "wobble" more than it should. I would not push myself up or out using the armrests because they feel flimsy. Regarding the armrests - listen to the previous reviews. They are high and do not move enough to be able to push the chair in. The foot rest bar is also made out of plastic and wobbles - a lot. Lumbar and head support are good. The base is solid. The chair controls need refinement to work more smoothly. You can feel the plastic material used in the blend of the mesh which may cause issue with those who have sensitive skin and allergies. English instructions - both the booklet and the assembly video subtitles - need corrections because they are both incorrect on what screws to use where. You have to see which screws the guy points to in the video to get the right ones. Overall a decent chair, but should be more in the $200-$225 range for the materials used and the lax quality control. Returning. UPDATE: The seller did reach out to make certain I received a refund which I really appreciated. ... show more

  • Did not perform as expected
Color: Grey
Based on all the good reviews, I hope I just recieved a rotten apple. But first, this was far less comfortable than the $200 gamers chair it was to replace, even though this has tons more bells and whistles than my old one. Second, it only holds "best" position briefly, with any of the plastic position ratchets, particularly in the backrest, coming loose before long. Along with that, if the main back falls below the rim of the lower back support, it's terribly uncomfortable and will even pinch my back. Yet if they all are spaced out well, the lower back support spring it too weak to really function at all. The primary tilt spring, too, is far too weak, offering no back support outside of a locked position. Unaware of this, I felt as if I was falling backwards upon lean. Note: there is NO adjustment possible for either spring tension. Thus, to lean back upright is like leaning forward from any fixed reclined position. And even with the seat slid as far back as possible, if I lean back enough I end up sitting on the hard plastic frame. Not comfortable at all. I liked the fairly wide arm rests, but wish they slid back farther and the front portions were longer. I was really excited awaiting this delivery, and designing custom armrest attachments for most ideal mouse pad and keyboard supports, along with an automatically upright cup holder. I hate to have to return this, but I'm convinced I need to at least pick out my next locally, AFTER sitting in it. Regardless, I hope Hbada listens and upgrades next design dramatically. But honestly, every part seemed cheap and weak, not at all standing up to the very high price. I'll pay as much or more, but only after an in-person test. Update for Amazon, not the chair: I've never had to return anything this large and cumbersome, but Amazon made it quick and easy. I'll keep ordering much more than I need, and with confidence. ... show more

  • Good Ergonomic office Chair! Good Ergonomic office Chair!
Color: Grey
Breathable and comfortable, refreshing all day long. This mesh computer chair is really suitable for summer! Breathable fabric ensures that sitting is not stuffy at all, cool and comfortable. No need to worry about sweating anymore, it's definitely a blessing for summer! √ This body art chair combines appearance and texture, not only practical but also has a super high appearance, simple yet sophisticated, instantly elevating the level of my workstation. The ergonomic design and sedentary design are really great. Even after working for long hours, you won't feel back pain or discomfort, and sitting is very comfortable. The independent lumbar pillow, which fully supports the chair, is designed to be very user-friendly and provides good support for my waist and back. It is not tiring to sit for long periods of time and is particularly suitable for people like me who need to work at a desk for a long time. Flexible adjustment, do whatever you want. I particularly like its adjustable backrest design, which allows you to sit up straight during work and relax and lean back during rest. The functions are very comprehensive and the user experience is particularly good! Updated on 30 October 2024 I bought the Hbada E3 Pro(white one) before and this time I bought the pink one for my girlfriend to dress up her gaming room. The pink color really suits her room so well! The look and color fits the whole room. The pink armrests have one less folding function than the white one, but they are sufficient for everyday use. And it's also comfortable to use as always, very adjustable and protects my girlfriend's waist, back and neck when she's gaming. I'm very satisfied with the whole Hbada brand! ... show more

  • Lumbar Support is Defective on this unit
Color: Grey
OVERALL - OK office chair but I wish I simply went to IKEA, I think I could have had same level of satisfaction for mush less. There are lots of features (wells and whistles). Seat support is OK but a little too firm for me. Expected a functioning lumbar support. Will search more to see if human ignorance or defective in which case I may return. Or the manufacturer could simply ship me a properly functioning back and lumbar support to fix and welcome to the this one. If design issue then no response necessary and I will likely return. PROS: - Armrests: More comfortable than I expected and better comfort than many others I tried, especially with positioning. - Leg Rests: Like the recline with leg rests but I feel like the leg rests arm could easily bend or mechanism break. CONS: - LUMBAR SUPPORT: Mechanically, it adjusts BUT it does not hold the position; specifically, it is the in and out mechanism of the lumbar support unit that is not functioning properly if at all. There is no assembly of the lumbar support, it comes attached to the back rest out of the box so no errors in assembly possible. As soon as I lean back, the tip of the lumbar support is pressed and it releases. It is possible to briefly hold the position by fighting the lumbar support but shifting body usually releases the hold and lumbar support goes away again. Also, initial lowest position rubs against the seat so you must push the seat forward if not raising the lumbar support. Elevated, the sides of the lumbar support that are adjustable rub or stop against the arm rests so you need to either adjust the support more not to contact the arm rests else adjust the arm rests. Basically, issues with lumbar support and contact points not completely well thought out in design. For over $500, I would expect better and at least a functioning lumbar. I have watched different instructional videos about lifting, positioning, and pressing down to lock position. Even had wife watch video and try to lock lumbar position ... show more
