The media could not be loaded. This chair is built with solid materials, a lot of metal pieces. Very stable for me at more than 200lbs. The assembly took less than 30min with a handy power tool by myself. The headrest is one of the most versatile and comfortable one I’ve ever used even compared with some more expensive chairs. The seat cushion is a little bit hard but supports very well. Lumbar support is also quite nice with height and width adjustment. Seat depth is adjustable as well. Overall, a very decent chair for home office.

First day with my new chair — oh my God! I have to say, the back relief is amazing. I’ve been searching for a chair that would help me get through long work sessions — or better yet, endure them — since I deal with lower back pain and my butt tends to go numb after studying or working for 11+ hours. I just finished assembling it (a bit complex at first, but a YouTube video made it easy), and within five minutes of sitting down, I almost fell asleep. The back support is incredible — it adjusts perfectly from my lower back to my upper back. This chair is also designed for women, and I can absolutely feel the difference compared to my old one. The headrest is adjustable, and I can set it exactly where I need it for full support. If you’ve been thinking about investing in a chair, this one is worth every penny.

I do not recommend this chair. The Mesh quality is good. That is the only good part. Lombard 3d support does not stay in place at all. Neither the hight or the reach stays in place for back support. Useless back support. Update. After fixing the center support mechanism, Chair worked as expected and gave much better back support. It stays in place now. and Comfortable.

Honestly feels like an 800 dollar chair. It’s mostly a metal build, which is great to see for heavier people. A lot of chairs at this price are designed for people under 180, but being around 260 I don’t feel like I’m going to break it. Assembly was a breeze, with only a handful of screws to put in. And I saw the video of the lady giving it a one star that kind of worried me.. the adjustments are position based, so when you pull them all the way out they go back to their home position. They have different clicks to listen for so it will stay in place. Honestly, five stars well deserved!!!

Idk... I mean, it SEEMS like a decent chair 🤷🏽♂️ but it is extremely gimmicky in how it operates. I am 6'2" and about 275 pounds @ 22% body fat (for reference), and this chair feels ok. Its actually kind of hard to Just like sit in it and feel supported on the back with all of the gimmicky adjustment 'features'. I really can't see these lasting all that long either, there's no release of tension during adjustment, it just has a shear+tooth kind of adjustment where you are dragging the fixture up through the adjusmtnet range, and there is constant tension , and at the top of the range it gives and then falls back down to bottomed out, so it almost certainly will fail sooner than later. The headrest already does not stay locked. Ive had this chair assembled for 2 days, probably 6 hrs into the chair sitting, and yeah, that headrest doesn't stay locked anymore. It has a dial-tension gear-tooth mechanism, where you loosen the dial, and the headrest rotates on an axle while simultaneously dragging tooth on tooth through the adjustment range. When I go to lock this down(after quite the fit to find the right spot while sitting, having to reach up over my head to engage the dial) and rest my head on the headrest, it moves through the adjustment range even tho it is locked. It will certainly not get better with time.. Im not sure ill be keeping this chair, it is VERY OVER PRICED for what it is, even on the 'lightning deal' (which we all know is fraudulent advertising from Amazon, but that is another story TBC...) it is still too expensive. I will say the quality of the frame of the chair seems ok, but again, its so over priced that its quality is over shadowed. The arm rest bolt to the frame with one bolt..thats it. So yeah can imagine how this will hold up. The arm rest adjustments are almost senseless for anyone trying to game in this. I have very broad shoulders, and even adjusted all the way inward the width is still too wide to comfortably rest my arms on the rests while holding a controller..just a complete miss of the mark here... Overall-i wish it were a little more reasonably priced, and the adjustments weren't focused on being so gimmicky, but rather more focused in quality and stability in this price range. I would suggest just getting a cheaper chair with less options.

Just give it some time it genuinely gets better after a month. I'm 230 5'10 it works feels good even better when not slouched. The recline would do better with something like a lock but it's not an annoyingly loose recline. It's a nice height for someone my size and it's good quality for the price.

The mechanisms to adjust the back rest and lumbar support is absolutely terrible. Mine arrived broken and couldn’t be adjusted. The back rest and lumbar support always slide down! Terrible quality for a $379 chair! Even if this one didn’t arrive broken, the mechanism to adjust the chair is terrible! Don’t buy!
