I would rate the product a five but rated the total package a four because of the incomplete manual. Easily installed, allows me to run my pump automatically, easy to set. The only problem is that the manual sent with item does not show all he digital display items. I found a AQ-Trol Diagnostic manual with a Google search and it does show all the display readings. ... show more

I have a 15FT Round above ground pool. I used the AquaTrol Pool Chlorinator this whole last season. It kept the chlorine at the right level the whole summer. $20 worth of Salt for the season, the last few years I spending well over $200 on the chemicals for the chlorinator. I purchased and installed the equipment. Within less than a month of using it, the board failed. Their customer service with me was nil. I had to purchase another board myself, and after requesting on several occasion to receive information as to where I could return the failed board for replacement, I was never given any help.
