This is the larger of the options and more cooking space, it is very easy to assemble, it has written instructions but no visual, which would have made more sense. The carrying case is durable and well built, the stove itself is very light weight, yet seems well built. Once set up I do have a couple of concerns, it is somewhat stable, but definitely not topple proof, with food or pots on it, I can see it being somewhat easy to knock over. The bigger issue I see is that there is no adjustability to the fuel tray, in my first use I had to use a lot of sticks and fuel to keep it hot enough for burgers, it seems to me the fuel tray is pretty far away from the cooking grates to be as effective as I would like, more importantly to be hot enough for a cast iron pan. I was able to work around it, but some adjustability would be such a more viable solution in my opinion. Overall this is actually a good solution to camp cooking or heat in a controlled fire environment. It is very lightweight, easy to set up and has a very small footprint in our camping supplies. I very much wanted to love this HAWOK Stainless Steel Folding Outdoor Stove with Carrying Bag. After testing it a few times and getting the hang of it, it is highly portable, well functioning outdoor grill that is perfect for a small group or couple out for a picnic or camping trip. While I don't love it, I like it well enough to keep using it and am satisfied with the results. There are a few things about it that could be improved however, and the initial price of $39.99 was going to get it a 3 star review but the price drop to $29.99 and current 10% brand promotion increased the value for the money. The stove fits 4 normal sized burger patties tightly or two oversized patties just fine with plenty of room to flip. There is no edge on the top so you can easily slide burgers or roll hotdogs right off of it. The grease falls directly to the coals but the distance is pretty decent which kept any flare ups from charring my burgers. I'd definitely like to see a way to adjust the height of either the coals or the grill grate to find the perfect distance but unfortunately there are no adjustments. I think I used roughly 20 briquets to fully cook 6 large burgers with cheese and toasted buns 2 at a time and still had plenty of heat left when I was out of meat. The 3 wall design is surprisingly good at resisting the wind while allowing plenty of airflow. When I starting coals the side holes that hold the coal plate (which is NOT cast iron like the description says) are perfect for blowing on the coals without burning your face off. The metal side wall makes a good heat shield. I used briquets, charcoal, and wood in this grill and while briquets were easiest to use they all worked once you had a hot bed of coals. The top accommodates decent sized pots for boiling water or a skillet for eggs etc. Overall I am happy with this grill and would feel comfortable using it on a multi-day camping trip with friends as long as I could stay covered and had access to dry fuel. Lastly, the smaller grill grate that can fits in the coal plate did rust on the grill tips after being left outside in the dew for two days. They wiped off pretty clean but I wouldn't leave this out in the rain. ... show more
