I’m genuinely impressed with this window privacy film. I installed it on a front-facing window that gets a lot of sunlight, and it made a huge difference right away. During the day, you can clearly see outside, but people outside can’t easily see in, which gives the room much more privacy without making it feel dark or closed off. The film itself feels durable and high quality, not flimsy like some cheaper options. Installation was easier than I expected — just make sure the glass is very clean and use plenty of soapy water when applying it. Once I smoothed out the bubbles, it looked professionally done. It also trimmed easily with a utility knife. Another thing I noticed is that it helps reduce glare and keeps the room a little cooler during the hottest part of the day. The reflective effect looks modern from the outside and adds a nice touch to the windows. A couple things to know: the mirror privacy effect works best during daylight hours when it’s brighter outside than inside. At night, if your indoor lights are on, people may still be able to see in unless you close curtains or blinds. That’s normal for this type of one-way film. Overall, this was a great purchase for the price. It improved privacy, reduced heat and glare, and upgraded the appearance of the windows. I would definitely buy it again for other rooms in the house.

I mainly bought the product to keep the full sun I get out of my garage and heating the garage up it's much cooler in the garage now.It goes up easy,cuts easy and there's no issue with being able to cut it cause the tools needed came with it although the only problem I had that came with it was a small spray bottle in which it didnt spray to well so I had to go get a spray bottle I already had and use that. The spray bottle that came with it I just threw it in recycle. I put water in it and went to try spraying it a n d it just gushed water out the top all over the floor.

Just absolutely pretty when the sun comes up in the morning and it cascades through the window and sends prisms of colors all throughout my bathroom. For such a inexpensive item, it brightens every morning

The item does what it says keeps the light out but it’s very tricky to place on the window to look descent. On the outside it’s very shinny like it’s metal where u can see all the flaws of putting it up. On the inside is tinted and can see out clear as day. As for the tools they give you the spray mist bottle broke after 5 pushes, the part that makes it mist flew out and wouldn’t go back in. The squeegee was alittle difficult to put together but it is possible. Overall I’d say it does what it suppose to.

What a difference this has made in my south facing laundry room windows! Came with all the tools necessary for installation - utility knife, squeegee and even the spray bottle for water! Applies so easily, it practically jumps onto the window when you get close. Greatly reduces the heat gain in those windows, in addition to providing daytime privacy. Instructions were clear.

I had really high hopes since Ive bought a similar product but different brand. This material immediately felt thicker which I thought was great...unfortunately no. Looking through the film it gives off a haze like look to outside objects. I almost thought I forgot to put on my glasses at first. On my other window I have a different brand it doesn't do that at all and shows alot more clear. Theres a blue tint to the film which isn't a problem, kinda attractive. Application was easy with the exception of the film was a little hard to cut. Its easier once the clear protective film is peeled off to cut. Im going to return this and go with a different brand.

Don't be put off by how clear it appears on the roll. I've added a picture of my hand behind the film and the flat part between the pebbles is very clear and the raised/textured pebbles look plain/frosted. No clue if it's the pebble texture, light refraction, or whatever but on the window it's not clear at all. The flat part is still semi clear but with all the light and texture going on, I can only see color and vague shapes. I couldn't capture the light properly in my picture of it on the window, but when the sun hits it, some pebbles glow, others are change color, some stay frosted, and it throws rainbows on the walls and floor. At night with it dark outside and the lights on in the house, it kind of rainbow glitters. Still can't see outside (or from outside in) but inside it does appear even more colorful than with sun shining through. Installation was straight forward. I didn't trim it in the window like some others. I measured the window and cut to size with a utility knife. I didn't have a water spray bottle so just used window cleaner spray which worked fine. Definitely need a squeegee, it helps remove all the excess liquid and bubbles. Overall, it adhered well, looks attractive and is a great way to get rid of blinds but still have privacy.
