First and foremost Qlaways customer service is exceptional. They are responsive and very understanding. The scooter itself is really fun to use. I'm not a scooter expert, however it was easy to setup and is intuitive to use. It seems relatively safe to ride, the larger tires and suspension really help to even out bumps and make it feel safe to go quickly over any type of pavement. The battery life is good for what we need it for (just going down the street to our mailbox and back or zooming around the neighborhood). I bought these for my 13 & 15 year old kids to get around town. They perform better than the smaller scooter and climb large hills with no problem. They are built well and I have monitored the bolts. They do fold, but are heavy. The kids enjoy being able to visit friends on their own and they do go 20+ mph. The only complaint I have is the distance they can go on a charge. They obviously keep them in sport mode (fastest setting) and only get about 5 miles on a charge. Overall, for the extra money they are a big jump over the smaller versions. ... show more
