I was worried this film would be thin and hard to install, but it's pretty thick so easy to handle. *Be sure to use lots of water or it won't slide easily into place! It has held up well and looks great.

I love this window film. It's easy to apply and a great way to provide privacy for a room while still giving light to the room. I just moved to a new home and the two bedrooms experience very harsh sunlight in the afternoon. This film has helped to diffuse the light and makes the windows light up the whole room. The windows also point towards one of my neighbors homes who has cameras pointing towards his work vehicles which happen to be parked between our homes. This film allows a wonderful amount of privacy without curtains or blinds. I know a lot of people seem to purchase the blue version of this product, but I would suggest the white version. I couldn’t ever figure out to do with these windows above my windows and this turned out beautiful! These were easy to put up - just make sure to use plenty of water and it’s so easy to smooth out. I’m going to order more for my other windows like these!

Easy to use, and works great for blocking the view out of the back patio sliding door window so my dog barks at things a lot less. Wish you got more on the roll than you do for the price. Had to buy a second roll to cover just a fraction of our patio windows, but I would buy again. Looks great on our window, too. ... show more

Super quick to cut and install. Product is a static cling material but they’re on for over three weeks with no falling or sliding off. Make sure to clean your windows first and use the same glass cleaner to wet the window before installing. Then just squeegee out the bubbles and you’re good.

The end result looks great but you need some skills and tricks to do it well. Specifically: 1) Your first attempt may be less than perfect. You may want to purchase enough material to have a ‘practice’ or redo effort. 2) You need to press something firmly into the edge that you are going to cut. If you don’t, you will tear the material and it looks crappy. 3) A spackling knife works great to apply this product. You first push the material into the edge to be cut, the only cut where the spackle knife meets the edge of the window. This helps to make straight cuts and avoids rips in the material. The spackle knife should be wide and can also be used to ‘scrape’ the air out from underneath the material. 4) When cutting material, cut above the glass meaning cut along the window non-glass side not along the glass. ... show more

I put this up on my basement door windows. I wanted something that would let some light in, (I went with the white/frosted), but allow zero visibility. This pic is taken at night, looking into my basement with the basement lights on. The only thing you might be able to see would be a shadow of a person moving about. Let me start out by saying it’s not horrible. However, it looks very different than the other reviews and photos posted. It does not allow much light through, it almost looks as if you stuck wall paper to the window. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t buy again.
