First of all, I want to say that we do love this bed! It's really pretty! To be quite honest, my husband and I were procrastinating to put it together because of some of the reviews on the lengthy assembly. A lot talk about the lack of instructions. but I guess because of our age and being old school lol we know how to follow those without much writing! I read horror reviews where it took two people up to 7 hours just to give up. From the time my husband and I opened the box to putting our mattress on there, only 3 hours had passed by. We even took several breaks and had a lot of fun. Just make sure you're looking at the pictures and facing everything correctly and it should go smoothly. Cons: The only reason for the 3 star review is I read several reviews stating that this bed frame did not move a lot. We've had it up a little over a week and every time I just sit on the bed everything I have on the top shelf and the side shelves seems to wiggle and make noise. I did a lot of research because for me, there's nothing like a bed that wiggles every time you just sit on it to the point your lamp shade moves and everything I've sat up there moves making noises. Be very careful of putting anything heavy on that top shelf because I have already had stuff fall off from just sitting on the side of the bed. The second thing is, the led light strip it's not sticky enough to stay in place and keeps coming off. And the last small thing I don't think the storage underneath the bed is as high as measurements show because I'm unable to fit a tub that I had measured before purchasing under the bed. Nothing major. I really do love it....I just wish the headboard didn't shake as much, lights need better adhesive and a little more storage underneath....then it'd be perfect! I love our new bed frame. Especially the shelves. It is plywood but sturdy, just be careful if you are using a drill to secure the screws. Very explanatory diagrams but took my husband and son almost 3 hours to put together. A lot of pieces to put together but it was worth it. I love it. Especially the LED light that I can change colors to fit the mood instead using a lamp. ... show more

Not bad for the money and looks good. Light strip doesn't want to stay stuck. Maybe clean the wood before installing lights.

    • Horrible assembly
Bedframe is great, sturdy. But the instructions are horrible, only pictures and barely written instructions. Took longer than it should have to assemble. My husband gave up after 5 hours of frustration and I had to take over and it took me 2 more hours
