This wiring kit is one of the best wiring kits you can get for your money there is one one star review that talks about how this wire overheats I have this wire ran to a 2000 W amplifier and it doesn’t heat up at all even in long use this wire is also not the longest but will reach your trunk. Just how you have. Your amplifier mounted will be the only thing that matters. The fuse is probably the hardest thing to install. You have to cut the wire and make the wire look like a V and put it around the nut while having the nut loose, then tighten it also adding the ends to connect your amplifier and ground are fairly easy you put the heat shrink on divot one side and while it’s on the wire and then take pliers or something and squeeze it together until it looks conformed into a circle it stays on there very tight overall good product no complaints might buy again just to have more. ... show more

This is nickel wire. Not suitable for 3000w incorrectly advertised. At best you'll get about 500w safely out of this wire before it begins to heat up excessively and burn down your car. For the love of god do not throw on a 200 amp fuse on this thing. If you do buy this only a 40 amp fuse will be safe for this wire. ... show more
