Very delighted with this gazebo. The assembly took a bit of effort. But once assembled it was just as expected. Beautiful and provided great shade. To make things better the customer service was also amazing as well. One of the legs of the gazebo had been damaged during a severe weather event where I felt it needed to be replaced. So I emailed their customer support team to see where or if I could purchase the replacement. They simply asked me what was the part number and shipped me the replacement free of charge. Very professional on their part. After a year of use, the gazebo has withstood various rainy days including wind gusts of 32 mph. So looks to be durable despite its lightweight.

The media could not be loaded. Took 2 men 4 hours to put this together. We’ve had it for a year now, it’s doing great and still looking like new. It fit perfectly onto our patio and we had it bolted to the cement so it’s very sturdy. It held up through a few storms where trees had fallen down, & there are no leaks, even though we’ve had all kinds of inclement weather. A lot of our neighbors complimented and asked where did we get the gazebo from.

Quality seems pretty good and seems pretty study. I’ve only had this up a little over a week so let me cover a few things I’ve noticed so far. First be prepared to do a lot of screwing (over 260 bolts and screws- buy yourself Allen bits and use a screw gun or drill). There are no written instructions but plenty of good informative pictures for assembly. Took me and one other person about 6 hrs to assemble. Once assembled we had some strong winds associated with a rain storm three days after assembly. The unit did a fair amount of swaying but that was partially because I had not had time to secure it to my deck. I hurried and used cable straps for the time being and once I temporarily secure two of the four legs it held up pretty well. During the rain I noticed I had one panel that leaked by the horizontal bar that joins two of the large roof panels (not much but enough to want to fix it) I bought some brown tinted caulk and caulked around all the upper large panels and have not had an issue since. There is some light that does shine through the tinted panels but the panels pretty much block the heat of the sun. I also bought two fans with lights and added two U bolts to the top (because it only comes with one center one which I did not use) and with the fans it creates a nice cool breeze under the gazebo. I bought the fans off of amazon as well and they are 21” fans. I put the U bolts approximately one inch from the Hooks they provide just so the fan would hang against the supports they have that run across the unit so I could use cable straps to secure the fan to them so they wouldn’t sway while running(personal preference but not necessary) For the price you really can’t beat it but you will most likely have to do a little customizing to make if perfectly functional for your needs. I know some reviews have complaints on certain issues but I really never had much of an issue with anything except the leaking but that was a pretty simple fix that I was willing to do. In the photos I attached the one from inside the gazebo you will see I ran electric for the light and fans. The wiring, fans and “C” channel I used all were bought on Amazon.

This product is the most difficult thing to put together you definitely need multiple people to help you! The screws don’t work easy they don’t line up well. Screw inserts pop out so you can’t secure your roof. I’ve been working on this for over a month.

I bought the 10x12 Jolydale 2 months ago to replace an aging conventional 10x10 gazebo. I broke down the old gazebo on a Tuesday, then started on the Jolydale that Thursday (put up the based frame) and finished Friday (roofing frame and polycarbonate roof). I don't count hanging the bug screen/privacy curtains since my wife wanted to do that. No parts missing. Instructions were OK, but could have been a bit more detailed, but if you are handy with tools and making things, it is not a problem. Just make sure you follow the recommended order of assembly. I was pleasantly surprised that EVERYTHING actually was made well enough to jiggle together and fit correctly. My backyard is about 12.5 x 25 feet (townhome) so I figured the 10x12 would just fit. I had to slide the whole frame to the right fencing just to make enough room to slide the polycarbonate up and through grooves (the house being on the left). I did find a YT video ("Unbelievably easy DIY.. Yoleny") for another gazebo brand and that video helped me figure out some short cuts and garnish some tips. So total time putting the gazebo up by myself was about 11 hours. Would have been even faster but I forgot a whole set of screw placements and had to backtrack a bit. Portable electric drill / small strong electric screwdriver really helps. 2 thumbs up!
