A great choice for any handgun owner. There are four layers of foam padding that can be used variously to suit your needs in transporting handguns. Two of the foam layers are pluck-cut, so you can shape a recess for your particular item(s). The slide latches are very positive and easy to grip, which I appreciate. Shoppers should note though, these cases are not for long term handgun storage, they are not a "safe" for prolonged storage. These cases are for temporary transportation and are lockable with a suitable (TSA) padlock. Very sturdy, very nice size, can fit a Glock19x 3 extra mags with it not being in the pistol and 2 co2 cartridges a Allen wrench for the mags so co2 can go in them and a mag speed loader. It can fit all of that compared my other case that’s not as good and looks the exact same size!!!

Nice quality and inexpensive case to store my pistol which the original case was broken and not working properly and completely unsecure (for the last 20 years). This case worked perfect and easily customized to fit my 1911 style firearm and do not have to worry about it falling out anymore. Would highly suggest this case if you don't have a case or the one you have is in poor condition. It sits in a large safe so I was not concerned about the physical security of the case itself so it was not a factor in buying this particular case. No matter what you buy the only way to ensure it stays put is put it in a heavy duty safe that can't be moved otherwise you could easily cut through it to access the firearm. For travel I would assume it would be fine with the proper locking mechanism applied. ... show more

I like that it has the two layers of pick foam. The "stackable" feature means that it looks the same on both sides. Be careful to mark the top or leave the sticker on.
